“Super beautiful villa, everything as described and very lovely hosts. Great surroundings and good restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the beach was great; the supermarket was a bit difficult, and a kitchen cabinet smelled a bit strong. Communication was great. They responded immediately in case of problems. “We had the most amazing stay at our villa! This was our first ever villa holiday and after arriving we were completely blown away with how well equipped the villa was. If you’re like me, I get excited to check the kitchen out and was very impressed with everything it had to offer. It had every utensil, appliance, pot, pan and dish you could ever wish! The pool was definitely the highlight with plenty of sun loungers and ample seating, the bbq, outdoor kitchen and dining area was gorg too.. Perfect setting for our family. Fab terrace with a lush day bed, the website pictures don’t do the villa justice. Kathryn was super helpful, great communication prior to arriving and also during our stay, had so much information to share locally. Would absolutely be returning and can’t recommend LLV enough. “We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Latchi. The villa was exactly what we were hoping for spacious comfortable and very well maintained with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The location was perfect peaceful and private while still being close to Latchi harbour restaurants beaches etc. The outdoor space and pool were a real highlight and we spent most of our time relaxing outside and enjoying the beautiful garden. The villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the team were incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything. There was also a very finicky patio door that we ended up not using, and a water leak outside that got fixed but no water for a few hours. It’s our second time here and we will definitely be back . The villa is immaculate , everything everything you need and is luxurious. We love Latchi & Polis and surrounding areas , quiet enough to relax but enough going on not too quiet – whilst the beaches are pebbly the sea and views are amazing and you just need beach shoes for the sea . Lots of places to eat . You just need a car to get to and from the villa as it’s steep but easy to drive and worth it for the beautiful peaceful settings . “Villa Global Latchi is a fantastic villa, its position made us feel like we were almost in the sea. There were 4 of us, 2 youngsters & 2 oldies. Lovely bedrooms nicely air conditioned. All the mod coms downstairs and a great BBQ. For a big villa it was fairly well secluded and nobody really looked in at us. LLV team on hand each time we had any minor problems,thank you Kathryn. Next year will be just wife and I again, so maybe a quieter spot for us.” - June 25, 2026

“Just returned home from an amazing two weeks in Villa Apollonia with our adult children and their partners. The villa is in the mountains but only a few minutes drive from Latchi and Polis, where there is a great choice of restaurants to choose from. Fantastic views from the villa and great privacy. Loads to do in the area, a hire car is essential. The locals were super friendly and hospitable, there is a strong feeling of family and community. A big shout out for Yiannis and his family at Petrides Rentals in Latchi. Great fun day out in their buggies. Kathryn visited us at the villa the day after arrival with lemon cake and settled us in and ensured we had everything we needed. We are planning our return visit already!” - June 23, 2026

Villa Escape
“We spent two fantastic weeks at Villa Escape and absolutely loved it. The modern wooden house is beautifully designed, fully equipped, and set in a peaceful location with no neighbours in sight. The sea view from the veranda and the sunsets were simply amazing. The house is spacious enough for a family or two couples, but for us as a couple it was perfect: total privacy, peace and quiet, and even avocado trees around the property. A nearly deserted beach is just a 5-minute drive away, and late May offered perfect weather. With a rental car, we explored Kato Pyrgos, Paphos, Nicosia and the Aphrodite Trail. Kathryn’s recommendation to try buggy driving with Petrides Rentals was spot on and one of the highlights of our trip. One tip for future guests: there are no large supermarkets within walking distance, so it’s best to stock up on groceries at the Papantoniou Supermarket in Polis before arriving. If you’re looking for relaxation, privacy and authentic Cyprus, Villa Escape is hard to beat. Highly recommended! Thank you, Guido & Nicole” - June 5, 2026

“Lovely Villa in an elevated position of very high standard with stunning views. Quiet village location, although we did encounter a little noise from a local construction site. Fantastic sunrise views to wake up to from the upstairs master bedroom. We would certainly recommend the property for couples looking for a quiet and comfortable stay. If you have the energy the Harbour is around 45 min walk but taxi needed for the uphill trip back. Certainly top of the list if not the best property we have stayed in during numerous trips to the area over the last few years.” - June 3, 2026

“We had a wonderful stay at Latchi Marina 14. This was our 10th Luxury Latchi Villa and one of our favourites. The location close to the beach and the Marina was great and the views were outstanding. The enormous swimming pool was a joy and the indoor and outdoor seating were comfortable, as we’re the beds. We had everything we needed and the LLV team, were excellent, Kathryn in particular as she goes above and beyond our expectations. Hope to return in October.” - June 1, 2026

“We rented the villa for two weeks this May. The 3 bedroom villa was spacious, clean and was well equipped with everything needed for a lovely relaxing holiday. All rooms have air conditioning along with en-suite bathrooms. The view from the villa was spectacular and the surroundings so peaceful. You do need a car to explore all of the local villages and restaurants which are a short drive away. Excellent WiFi and smart tv if you require. The rental agent was extremely helpful and explained everything about the property when we arrived. Would have no hesitation in staying again and certainly recommend this villa.” - May 20, 2026

“ This is a great villa within about 50m of the sea, which can be seen from the patio, rear bedroom, and lounge. Very quiet location a few minutes walk away, along a seaside board walk to all the restaurant and harbour. Good sized plot with a well maintained pool for the kids. Nice garden with bushes, plants, and flowers. A handful of very minor maintenance issues, but otherwise everything was in good condition. Not the highest quality bedding, but all very clean. “We came with the in-laws so needed an 4 bedroom this time. Every bedroom having its own bathroom made it ideal! The outdoor space is huge and the pool area is amazing with those views. Walking into the village to Finikas was great, lovely atmosphere.. There wasnt pool heating when we booked but will ceratinly book that next time as it was a little cold. “We felt very comfortable in this beautiful cottage. We were personally welcomed on the 2nd day and were able to resolve any outstanding questions. We always received a quick response when we had any further questions. Early check-in was also possible, which we really appreciated. The whole property is enchanting, and we were lucky enough to be there during the avocado season and were able to help ourselves to our heart’s content. “We had such a lovely stay at Latchi Marina 03. The location is honestly perfect; just a short walk to both the beach and the harbour, so we barely used the car all week. “Weve stayed in the Polis/Latchi area before and this was one of our favourite villas so far. Its close enough to the harbour and beaches but far enough away to feel quiet at night. The villa itself is spacious and comfortable which suited us perfectly. Good WiFi comfortable beds and an amazing view. The pool gets plenty of sun and theres enough space around it to spread out and relax. We ended up spending more time at the villa than we expected because it was just so easy to unwind there. “We chose Villa Nikita because we wanted somewhere quiet and it didn’t disappoint. It’s in a lovely spot calm and peaceful with nice open views and no feeling of being overlooked. The outside space is the standout. The pool is a great size and the shaded seating area was perfect during the hotter part of the day. We had a few evenings using the BBQ and eating outside which made the holiday feel properly relaxed. Everything worked as it should and the place was spotless when we arrived. “Villa Nikita was just perfect for our week away. It’s one of those places where you walk in and immediately feel comfortable. The pool area is brilliant we spent most of our time out there, especially late afternoon when the light is beautiful. It feels private without being remote, and everything was clean and really well looked after. The beds were comfy, the air con worked well (very important in Cyprus!), and the kitchen had everything we needed. It’s an easy drive down to Latchi for dinner or a swim in the sea, but we were always happy to come “home” to the villa afterwards. We’d happily stay again.” - August 27, 2025

We were 8 people (6 adults, 2 children) in the house and felt comfortable from the first moment. Even before arrival, the landlord contacted us. Via SMS we received the code for the key box, so we could enter the house at any time. On the second day, Kathryn came from the rental agency and greeted us personally and told us everything relevant about the house and surroundings. Top class! The house was clean. There was a small (50cmx100m) towel per guest and a shower towel as well as an additional bath towel. Great! Everything for everyday needs was available in the kitchen. “We had the most incredible stay at Villa Hillcrest in Neo Chorio! From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The villa was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of the coast and surrounding mountains. The private pool was the perfect spot to relax, and the outdoor area was ideal for enjoying meals al fresco (we’re strangely delighted to have mastered the Foukou Cypriot BBQ). The location was also fantastic—just a short drive to the beach and local restaurants, yet still quiet and peaceful for those seeking a serene getaway. The welcoming local taverna ‘Pavlaras’ is only about 100m walk up the road and Neo Chorio itself has a great café and bar with rooftop terrace and the excellent Smiyies taverna that is also in walking distance. Kathryn and the team at Luxury Latchi Villas were incredibly helpful, always available to answer questions or provide recommendations. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, even offering little touches like the loyalty card, hire car and transport organisation and the very useful LLV tablet. “We had a wonderful fortnight at Villa Arsinoe Beach. The villa is large, clean and comfortable with a lovely outdoor area which included a comfy sofa set on the terrace and 6 sun loungers by the beautiful pool. There is a seat built in to either side of the pool steps where much time was spent reading whilst cooling off in the water. The pool was cleaned twice a week and there was a linen / towel change half way through our stay too. The villa is in an excellent location with the beach only a 2 minute walk away via a public footpath that runs alongside the villa down to the coastal path. Latchi harbour is a 15-20 minute gentle stroll along the coastal path, making it a comfortable walk to access the many wonderful restaurants at Latchi harbour – all of which serve great food (lots of seafood and Cypriot dishes but also catering for all tastes and have children’s menus with burgers etc available) with a stunning view. Several of the restaurants give a discount to guests of Luxury Latchi Villas which we found very useful. Communication from Kathryn was excellent from our initial booking, all the way through to our departure and beyond. We very much appreciated our welcome visit on our 1st day and also Kathryn kindly took us out to view other villas in the area which has helped us with planning a return visit next year (sadly Villa Arsinoe Beach is already booked for our available dates otherwise we would have returned here). We also took advantage of a taxi service booked by Luxury Latchi Villas to take us to / from the airport and had a pre-arrival shopping delivery which meant that we arrived to a fully stocked villa making our holiday a relaxing and stress-free experience from the moment that we stepped off of the plane. We cannot fault the excellent service that we received and already cannot wait to return to beautiful Latchi next year.” - August 21, 2024

“As a family that has holidayed in the Polis/Argaka/Latchi area of Cyprus for the last 15 years, it’s almost crazy that we only stumbled across “Luxury Latchi Villas” and their fantastic selection of villas last year (2023). Not much is said about them across the internet, which is a shame as they deserve to be better known. Or, being selfish, should they be kept a secret for those that know!? Anyway, I digress, you came here for a review of Villa Apollonia. In the build up, LLV were very communicative, told us everything that we needed to know. Arranged our hire car and transfer (though there was some confusion on which Costa we were meeting our transfer at – turns out he was waiting outside, we were waiting inside, but it all adds to the adventure). On arrival, the villa was spotlessly clean, our pre-arranged late-night nibbles pack was waiting for us, even though it was mid-afternoon so it was straight in the pool, anyway – which was the perfect temperature. The tablet in the villa with all the information that you need, is a nice touch, as was a welcome visit from Kathryn on the first day. Neither of which we have experienced before on our stays in Cyprus. Kathryn was very friendly and told us everything we needed to know, even recommended a couple of places to eat that we hadn’t been to before. The views during the day are fantastic, you wont get a sunset this side of the island, but you can always take the 20 min drive to Argaka if you want to see that. We hit Santa Barbara a couple of times for dinner to catch the sunset. As someone who BBQ’s a lot on holiday, this was also the first villa to have a BBQ with lights! A brilliant thing that might sound crazy, but it helps to see what you are cooking once the sun has set. This small thing made a huge difference. The only strange thing, if strange is the right word, is that there was a midweek linen change but the villa wasn’t “cleaned” during our 17 day stay (floors mopped etc). For me personally, not really an issue as I largely like to be left alone when I’m on holiday. But some of our party thought it odd that it wasn’t physically cleaned during that time as this has usually been the norm. But, like I say, wouldn’t and isn’t going to put me off booking again. On the subject of booking again, this is where our real issue lies – do we book this villa again, or the one across the bay… Decisions, decisions. We are all in agreement that this has been one of our most enjoyable holidays in Cyprus – thanks in the main to the lovely Villa Apollonia, and the fact that everything was made so easy by the team at Luxury Latchi Villas. If you’ve not heard of this company, don’t be put off, book now. Well, wait for us to book our 2025 holiday first, then book.” - August 17, 2024

“We had a really great week at the new Couples Retreat. We take a villa every year and this is quite simply the most comfortable and best equipped we have stayed in, expertly managed by Kathryn and the team at Luxury Latchi Villas. The location is superb with wonderful views over the Akamas up to the Troodos Mountains. It is very well equipped with comfortable furniture and lots of shaded outside seating. The pool furniture is classy, and it is also very private so you can use the pool in confidence and lie in bed with the curtains open and the wonderful view spread out in front of you. There are two very good tavernas in the village and Latchi with its boat trips and great restaurants is just a five-minute drive. If you want to cook, the kitchen has everything. As suggested, you do need a car. I can’t see anyone getting bored, but in case a distraction is required the TV service on fast broadband offers thousands of stations and films. It can be hot in the high summer so we would recommend taking the option of the additional air conditioning. This must be one of the best villas on the island and we would recommend it most highly.” - July 21, 2024

It takes about 15 minutes by car to Polis, but the route is very nice along the sea and there are also many restaurants on the way. The villa itself is a true treasure. The wooden cabin exudes a pleasant warmth and coziness and is stylishly furnished. Everything was super clean and tidy and corresponded 1:1 to the pictures. “We were allowed to be guests at this wonderful villa for a week. The villa is fully equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Since it was still a little too cold for the pool, we were able to enjoy the beautiful hot tub. On the terrace you can have a wonderful barbecue and in the evening. It is a really quiet place and you are definitely dependent on a car. If you want to do a little more, you should rather drive towards Paphos, as there are not many offers directly in Latchi. There are still a few restaurants and a small supermarket. Our special thanks go to the hosts, they were always available for us and gave us helpful tips! The villa had everything we needed and you can tell it’s an actual home as well as a rental villa. It’s furnished to a much higher standard than other rental villas we’ve stayed in, and we were really impressed. We rented it as a 3 bedroom rather than 4 and had more than enough space, the villa is deceivingly big. UKTV was also great for the couple of rainy days we caught (visited in March) and kept the kids happy. We were undecided about the pool heating but decided to give it a go and so glad we did! The kids jumped in as soon as we arrived and it was lovely and warm they were even in it in the rain. The location is great about 3-4min drive down to Latchi and the Harbour, for walking there is one local shop and a couple of restaurants, we walked once however it was a bit too steep so took the car after that. We saw a total of about 4 cars whilst at the villa, it’s very quiet and peaceful!” - March 12, 2024

“Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful villa; it was even better in person… words cannot describe the stunning views, we were all in awe. We decided to opt for the additional pool heating as we came in March and spent most days lounging in the sun and making use of the swimming pool. We spent most of our evenings in the hot tub. The location was great for us although the villa is on quite a hill, a hire car was definitely needed. It took us about 5min to get to Latchi. We had a welcome meeting with our ‘GEM’. Very useful with good tips about the local area and things to do, and our pool guy was very friendly. We had a toilet flush break on our second day, it was fixed within the hour. “We stayed at Villa Genevieve for 1 week in February. The hosts were brilliant, very supportive, friendly and gave very good recommendations on arrival. Fresh lemons and oranges were a lovely touch on arrival. The villa is beautiful and words really cannot describe how amazing the panoramic view is. All bedrooms have an en suite which as a group of 3 families was perfect for us. The pool was cold because of the time of year we visited- I would recommend bringing wetsuits of you are planning on taking the plunge! The villa also has a hot tub which was lovely to use on evenings and a BBQ which had equipment provided. Car hire is a must- it takes around 45/50 minutes to drive from Paphos airport. There are so many beautiful places to explore. Local town Latchi is only a 5 minute drive away and there were plenty of restaurants/cafes and shops open even in low season. We booked Villa Panacea which is about 5 minutes drive to Latchi and close to Ttakkas Beach (one of the nicest beaches on this stretch). Latchi Harbour has numerous restaurants, bars, supermarkets to choose from. The villa was perfect for our needs, very well equipped and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and all rooms have air-con and ceiling fans. The outdoor area was north facing and plenty of shade in the seating areas. This was perfect for the hot weather you get in Cyprus during summer. That said the pool area and sunbeds were in the sun most of the day. On our arrival at Villa Charno we were a little worried about the track that led to it! After a couple of trips though we had no problem navigating it even at night. The villa is totally worth the drive, the photos really do not do it justice. The villa was very clean, kitchen had everything we needed and more, the utility room was useful and bedrooms kept cool by the a/c had lots of space/drawers and hangers! The pool area is really lovely along with all the outside areas. Most days we opened the patio doors from the lounge and let the breeze flow through so didn’t feel the need for the a/c The sunset views from the top terrace were breathtaking, we spent many evenings up there with a glass or 2 of Prosecco! It’s about 15 mins to any restaurants and around 25 mins to Polis but this is a truly beautiful villa and we would definitely return.” - September 2, 2023

“We spent two weeks in July at the Villa Akamas Heights. We have extensive experience with villas in Cyprus and Akamas Heights is truly wonderful. As advertised, it is extremely private with no immediate neighbours, very well designed and equipped and with a truly wonderful and crystal clear 25m pool. One small issue was dealt with immediately with the installation of a window blind, which was extraordinary service. The villa itself was immaculately clean with a mid-stay clean provided, and the pool serviced twice a week. The villa is on higher ground outside the village of Neo Chorio so gets a lovely evening breeze with no humidity. There is local shopping in the village and the excellent Smiyies Tavern within walking distance. Kathryn has a wealth of local knowledge and is always available to help out, and the supplied tablet contains details of every local attraction. For sea swimming there is Latchi beach just a few minutes drive away and you can walk straight from the villa into the Akamas forest. We have already booked for next year.” - August 23, 2023

“We had a fantastic 2 week summer holiday staying in Akamas Heights. The property was clean, spacious and worked perfectly for our family of 5. (We could have easily accommodated a couple more people). There was plenty of different places for us to rest through out the day in sun or shade and the warm gentle breeze due to the elevated position of the villa was perfect. We enjoyed stargazing at night on the roof terrace during a meteor shower, having BBQ’s under the pergola and obviously the incredibly large pool was a highlight for the whole family; it was warm, clean and well maintained by staff. The location of Akamas heights was really peaceful with lovely views of the sea and only a short walk in to the national park. We hired a car – which I’d recommend – for getting to and from different locations. The beach was an easy 5- 10 minute drive with plenty of parking and a good selection of cafes, restaurants and ice cream parlours. We met with Kathryn from Luxury Latchi Villas who was friendly, professional, polite and extremely helpful as we navigated Cyprus for the first time. We opted to have the food package on arrival which was exactly what we needed after a late flight, there was a good selection of choice for an evening meal and breakfast. The activities we did that had been recommended by Kathryn were varied and enjoyable. We enjoyed hiring a boat to explore the local coves, hiring an off road buggy to head in to the national park and remote beaches and the Avakas Gorge was also a family favourite. Paphos was only a 50 minute drive away and worth a visit. A wonderful family holiday which was full of exploration, adventure and rest – would highly recommend Luxury Latchi Villas and Akamas Heights!” - July 26, 2023

“We spent a very enjoyable 4 weeks at Villa Jacaranda on June. Firstly the villa was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed during your stay. Having arrived late at night it lovely to arrive to the place all lit up and have the breakfast pack awaiting us. While everything was great, the best part of the villa was the outdoor space, the pool was larger than others we have had in the past and the pool area bigger than most. The photos don’t do it justice. With loungers, outdoor seating areas, the breakfast area and the roof terrace it was a delightful space. The property is in a small cul-de-sac and was very quiet. We had a car, but it was an easy walk to Latchi harbour and the collection of restaurants. We spent a lot of time chilling, with day trips to Pomos, Argaka, Polis, Peyia and Coral Bay. “Having serious holiday blues after returning from this wonderful villa. From initial booking, Kathryn & the team were super helpful – going above and beyond. The Villa was easy to find, about an hour from the airport on quiet country roads & only a 5 minute drive into Latchi. Within Latchi you will find beaches, Cafes, Restaurants & small shops. I’d highly recommend ‘Number 9’ (Very small restaurant, but the food was amazing), Porto Latchi (Great Seafood) – Next door to the Gelato place which was visited after dinner on many occasions. Noma, which is along towards the harbour, does the best breakfast/brunch & a real ‘Insta’/Modern vibe. Along the opposite direction from Latchi, is the Aphrodite Baths & Hikes. Word of warning, the 7.5km Aphrodite hike is not for the faint hearted, there is a very steep incline & decline, with no added steps or rails. But, 100% worth the views!! “We have just returned from a wonderful seven night stay at Villa Jacaranda in Latchi. We have stayed in many villas both in Latchi, Polis and many other European countries and I can say without doubt this villa was the best. Everything about the villa was great, the equipment, modern furnishings, the location which was a few minutes walking to 3 good beach restaurants but for us above everything else was the privacy. When Kathryn visited us she gave us lots of information regarding the area and recommendations on restaurants. The weather was chilly at night when we first arrived so we purchased the air-conditioning for the living room for the week from Kathryn without any problem however after a couple of nights it wasn’t required. We did have a very small problem with the ensuite toilet but this was fixed in record time after we informed the company. I can only say I have already recommended the company and their villas to family and friends and in fact during our holiday and since coming back we are frantically searching for another of their villas with availability!! Good location between Polis and the Baths of Aphrodite, with fresh air, quiet neighbours and easy access to the sea in a couple of minutes. 15 min by car to a big supermarket Papantoniu and 8 minutes to the nearest restaurants in Latchi. The villa has a private well-kept garden and a sea view from the second floor. Inside, everything you need for a comfortable stay: a variety of utensils in the kitchen for cooking and barbecuing. Also, the villa has a lot of things for a lovely staying: warm blankets, a hairdryer, badminton pads, board games, a fireplace, lots of books and music CDs for the sound system. The villa has an underground floor with a billiard and three bicycles. Anyway, it’s definitely great and was made for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.” - April 6, 2023

The villa was in an ideal location about a 10 minutes walk to the marina. There are also two excellent tavernas less than 5 minutes walk from the villa. We also booked car hire through the company, which was excellent value and very efficient. They picked us up from the airport and transferred us directly to the villa, where our cars were waiting. “The location is on a hill, so you have a great view from the pool /lap pool and also from the roof terrace. The kitchen is equipped with everything important and small extras. We were greeted with a huge plate full of oranges, mandarins and lemons, so there was a freshly squeezed juice every morning. Kathryn and her team were available at all times and have taken care of all wishes. At a meeting we got a lot of excursion tips and restaurant suggestions. Within walking distance we were able to reach a small local tavern. Unfortunately, many restaurants were closed during our travel time (end of February/beginning of March), the places are slowly waking up from hibernation. A car is a must due to the location. “ The villa was actually more impressive than the pictures let on. Pool was chilly this time of year, but the hot tub was lovely to warm yourself up after! Pool table was in good shape! Bedrooms were very nicely decorated, and for Cyprus it was nice to have modern furniture as usually you end up having 20 year old decor! Everything in the villa was working perfectly, it was clean, we had an amazing time chilling out. Personally I loved the roof chill out area with the L shape sofa! The upstairs master bedroom had amazing views to wake up to, and this actually made my trip, because having a cup of tea and looking over Polis was beautiful. It was also the perfect bedroom balcony to catch an incredible sunset. The other bedrooms were all similar standard with their decor and balconies but the views weren’t as good as the master bedroom! The location was 25 minutes drive to polis and the decent supermarket. 10 minute drive to the nearest mini mart, and 90 minute drive to paphos airport. Overall I had a great stay, the villa was beautiful, the location was secluded and quiet, the views were stunning.” - November 4, 2022

“Akamas Heights is in a fantastic location, off a quiet road and shares no border with any other properties. There are some close by though, and the sound reverberates around the hills so it’s more of a place to relax than throw any wild parties. And you can certainly relax. There are good outside areas, especially a raised section with a BBQ that overlooks the pool where we spent our evenings. There are good restaurants down by the sea and lots of trails near the villa if you are in to hiking. But the motivation to leave the villa is almost zero when you can swim in a pool that is this amazing. It looks big in the photos and it seems even bigger when you are in it. There were a few things around the villa that needed attention, but response from the hosts was quick and the few issues that we did raise were dealt with the same day – they certainly didn’t stop us from having a fantastic time!” - September 23, 2022

This was the first time in 4 years we were together as a whole family and Villa Arsinoe was perfect for that as the children are now grown-ups and were able to wander down to the beach by themselves or down to the marina to have a coffee in one of the lovely new coffee shops and watch the world go by. We tried the new Restomare restaurant which was great and also Yialos which we had never been too, both in the marina and were great and were able to accommodate us as veggies, vegans and my husband, a meateater! He also had an amazing t-bone steak at our favourite restaurant – the Polis Herb Garden and of course, Moustakallis, always a firm fav! We did the usual amazing boat trip which Kathryn booked for us before we travelled and also a trip to Tsangarides winery which was lovely. The villa was spacious and has all the home comforts. The master bedroom was lovely and the views from the bedroom and the roof terrace are stunning. Kathryn looked after us as always, including organising a late check out which was great as our flight wasn’t until 8.30pm. The pool is lovely and the terrace where we spent a lot of time. Not only was the accommodation excellent and the pool perfect for those hot August days, but the views from the Villa were stunning. We also loved the visits by the local goats – and the ice cream van! The location was great, in easy driving distance of Latchi, the beaches and many lovely restaurants and there was usually a gentle breeze to be found somewhere around the house to escape the heat. It was lovely to meet Kathryn who visited on the day after we arrived. She was very helpful, giving us plenty of information and offering assistance in booking activities and restaurants. This holiday was our ‘third-time lucky’ attempt, having had to defer twice during Covid, so was extra special to finally spend 10 days in such a superb place with our family. Throughout the several changes that were made, Luxury Latchi Villas were superb. Always quick to respond to emails and make all our arrangements for us, including car hire. “We had a lovely stay at Villa Vera and this was our second with LLV. Everything was spot on, as we’d expected. The Villa was spotless and was nicely furnished and had everything we needed for our much needed holiday. The pool is fabulous and really easy to get in and out of, particularly suitable for those who have mobility issues or for younger children. The villa is situated a little way out of Latchi, in a quiet residential area. We thought we might walk into Latchi, but it was so hot we decided against it. Personally, I’d suggest you need a car to comfortably reach the restaurants, harbour, shops, etc although they are only a short distance away. We travelled to a couple of different beaches for the day, and also ventured out to restaurants out towards Argaka, Polis and across to Coral Bay for a change, but there is plenty of choice locally. We also took to the high seas again and hired a small boat for the day from Latchi harbour. It was fantastic and really is a must if you can manage it. We really could have outstayed our welcome at Villa Vera and would be happy to return anytime.” - July 29, 2022

“We have just got back from staying at Villa Seascape where we spent a very relaxing couple of weeks. The Villa is lovely. Very well appointed, it has Bosch and Siemens electricals throughout. It was immaculately clean and the games room was a brilliant addition. Literally, a minute to the beach and 5 mins walk to the beach bar and 10 to 15 into the town. Luxury Latchi Villas arranged car hire with Petrides rentals which was a 5-minute walk away. They also arranged the transfer which went very smoothly. “My husband and I have just returned from a month’s stay in Villa Santorini. We hired a car and got to the villa very easily with directions from Luxury Latchi Villas, as we turned into the cul-de-sac late at night, we saw the villa immediately as they had left all the lights on for us, which was lovely. Kathryn came to meet us the following morning and was an ‘Oracle’ everything we wanted to know and much more. We spent a very chilled out time at the villa, which was made very easy by all the staff that attends to the villa, the pool was cleaned twice a week, the garden was perfectly manicured and the cleaning staff came in for a spruce up and linen change once a week, they were all brilliant and friendly. We had a couple of things that needed attending to and I cannot commend the team enough, from immediate responses to quick actions to resolve any issues. Latchi is a lovely village, more ‘Cypriot’ than some of the larger towns, with great restaurants, and much more if you need it. Well-stocked supermarket in Polis, with a fishmonger and butcher selling quality ingredients. We used the foukou bbq at the villa lots of times and loved it. I’ve booked a number of villa holidays in the past and your service was the best by far. The Villa itself was amazing, we arrived late afternoon on a Thursday and the process of the key and entering the Villa was quick and easy, would have been nice to have a small welcome pack. The Villa was clean and tidy when we arrived and couldn’t have been more happy with the location, knowing the area very well myself this was the main reason we booked this one. Being a wedding party I managed to have a good look around the other villas people were staying in, I would say the pool around at the others was better. My only complaint was the change of towels and the villa not being cleaned once during our stay. Staying in a villa for 9 nights it would have been nice to receive at least a change of towels once and the linen on the bed to be changed. After speaking to other people using other company’s and private people they all had this done. “We had a great stay at Villa Vera! The villa had a great swimming pool and sunbeds to enjoy the sun all day long! Kathryn from Luxury Latchy Villa’s stopped by the house the day after we arrived and provided us with some great recommendations for us to do and eat in the area and some great discounts (e.g. we were able to rent a boat with George Watersports with a 10%discount to go discover the blue lagoon by ourselves which was the best experience during our trip!). The house is perfectly equipped for 4 adults and two children. We were 6 adults which was a bit tight at the table for example, but overall the house was very spacious with two bathrooms and a separate toilet downstairs. The villa is located a bit outside of Latchi city centre and you can reach the town by foot. Latchi is a nice authentic fishing town with nice restaurants (definitely go to Island!), beaches and with plenty of options for water activities. It’s located in the West of the Island which is quite a drive if you want to explore the rest of the island like Nicosia, Cappo Greco etc. but no worries there’s plenty to do in the area. There were 3 of us staying here for a week of “workation” and having seperate bedrooms and also 3 seperate bathrooms was just really nice. The house is equipped perfectly and you have everything you need. You should be aware that the wifi is not the fastest though, as we were here to work – but it was sufficient nevertheless. We had a minor issue with one of the toilets and the communication was very smooth and someone was sent right away to fix it. Also, the location is incredible! You can reach Latchi within 5 minutes by car which offers some smaller supermarkets that have everything you need and some cute coffee places, restaurants, bars etc. We would absolutely recommend this place and hope to be back soon! “Beautiful stylish large villa in a tranquil and serene residential area, we visited for our honeymoon and the combination of comfort and peace was just what we needed! Brad then Kathryn at Luxury Latchi Villas were superb in their attention to detail and sound advice. Do make sure you follow their tips such as booking the earliest boat trip to the Blue Lagoon (amazing, by the way) and therefore avoid the screaming hoards at lunchtime & beyond. Kathryn even brought us a bottle of fizz to celebrate our honeymoon! Nice touch… The pool is a delight, as are the numerous outdoor sitting areas, while the villa interior is roomy, well-designed and with handy mod cons such as charger ports, tv setup and the Sonos sound system. Oh yes, we adored the lilos by the pool too! Haven’t used them for years but God, they’re lovely to chill on in the pool! Latchi is a 5 minute taxi or drive away (€8 in a taxi, which seems quite a lot when it’s so close and especially if you do it 3/4 times a day but hey ho, we preferred not to hire a car)…Everything you’d need is there, we also were thrilled to find the Yiannakis beach a short walk from the villa, with a private one even closer! What a spot! Overall we couldn’t have asked for more, not cheap of course but why should luxury be cheap?! We feel it represents good value so honestly, don’t hesitate and book! “We had a wonderful stay at Arsinoe Beach Villa. From our arrival, Luxury Latchi Villas were hugely welcoming – we arrived to find delicious cake, a welcome pack, and drinks in the fridge. We felt really at home in the spacious and stylish villa. It is in a perfect location right next to the beach, with beautiful views out to the bay and within easy reach of restaurants and driving out to visit the surrounding area. The pool is beautiful (it isn’t heated though, so in October half term, it is a little on the fresh side compared to the sea, which is still incredibly warm! We had great local tips from Andrea, the visitor experience manager – we particularly enjoyed hiring a motorboat out to the Blue Lagoon (George’s Boat Hire were brilliant), cycling around Paphos and on the coastal path, and relaxing on the beach at Coral Bay. The recommendations for restaurants were also really good – we ate at Smygies and the Y&P Fish Tavern, and definitely don’t have a large lunch beforehand! After all the stresses of the past 9 months, we were really able to relax and unwind. We hope to be able to visit again and would strongly recommend Luxury Latchi Villas to others.” - November 24, 2020

“We have just spent 12 days at Villa Maritim in Argaka. Our first time using Luxury Latchi villas. From booking to departure the company were superb. We had a minor issue with the Shower which was dealt with immediately. All the staff that I had contact with were professional, helpful, and polite.The Villa was very compact but very comfortable, well equipped, and had everything you could possibly need for a relaxing Villa holiday. The outside area and pool offered shady areas with loungers and umbrellas, tables and chairs, and a lovely seating area with a small sofa set. The sunsets from this position in the garden were amazing, there is an uninterrupted view of the sea. The Villa is situated in a cul de sac and is very quiet and peaceful. I think would suit families of 4 with young children or couples as only one bathroom. The walk to the beach took 5 minutes downhill where there was a restaurant and sunbeds/umbrellas. On arrival which was late in the evening, we were delighted to see such care and attention had gone into welcoming us. We had to contact the team during our stay due to a small issue and it was rectified the very next morning. “We spent a wonderful week in Arsinoe Beach Villa from 22nd to 29th September 2018. The photos of the villa on the website looked amazing but we were still surprised when we arrived at the size of the villa and all the rooms. Whilst the pool was cool, it was well maintained – we saw the pool guys at least twice during our stay. The location was perfect and we hadn’t realised before we arrived that there is a paved walkway right down the side of the villa, onto the beachfront and all the way into Latchi. This was a lovely walk both during the day and on the evening. Our visit from Andrea was very helpful and the lemon drizzle cake was delicious. We had some lovely meals in both Latchi and Polis and everywhere we went all of the staff were friendly and helpful and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our visit. “We have just returned from our second visit to Latchi but our first with LLV. When reading all previous reviews I was a little sceptical, they can’t be that good……. Well they are! Our Villa (Latchi Marina Bungalow) was beautiful in theperfect location for our young family! It was quiet and set in the most beautiful garden, which was maintained once a week. We had a small issue with one of the air conditioning units. I reported it that morning and by lunchtime it was fixed. James visited us the morning after we arrived and he was full of helpful information & even arranged for us to view another villa for possible booking next year. Prior to our arrival I found LLV to be extremely proactive with any question I may of had. We also booked a hire car through LLV which was SO easy to do. We were met at Paphos Airport by Tony. Tony is a credit to Fontana Auto Rentals in Latchi, he was very friendly and welcoming and what he didn’t know about the area isn’t worth knowing. “I’ve lost track now of how many holidays we have had with Andrea and the team; that is testimony in its own right. Yet again we stayed in Golden Coast 6 and were welcomed by James. For the first week we were joined by our son and daughter-in-lawand her faimily so we also used Golden Coast 10 which was very convenient. What is so special about LLV is the care and pleasure taken by all the team to ensure that our holiday was perfect. Any request was dealt with promptly – we needed a plumber and one was there within the hour! The villa is situated at the end of a short close and is not overlooked; it is quiet and relaxing. It is conveniently located for a walk to the beach or into Polis where visits to Old Town Tavern and Savvas Cafe Bar are well rewarded. It is also a good base for travel further afield to Latchi (Nostos best food), Kathikas (go to Imogen’s) and Paphos (Laona Restaurant, limited opening hours so check first). It’s also perfect for a chill and pamper yourself by the pool. Cyprus wines can be a bit hit or miss but my preferences are Tsangarides and Vassilikon wineries. “This was our first time in Cyprus, we wanted a quiet resort and Latchi ticked all the boxes.Our first email enquiry was answered very quickly by Brad and we loved the idea of dealing with a small family business and knew it would be a very specialexperience, which it was from start to finish. Villa Jacaranda situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac was a super choice and available for our dates, with just the two of us it was spacious and amazing in every way. The large pool was completely secluded, the hot tub a real treat and the roof terrace, wow blew us away! mountain and sea views my dreams fulfilled. The villa information was well thought out and very helpful with a selection of places to eat that offered 10% discount on showing the villa key fob! great idea. Our welcome from Chelsey was lovely, not rushed and full of useful facts, and the home made cake was delicious, UK T.V with catch up was an added bonus and the service had plenty of movies too. You need a car but driving is easy, so we explored the region. The village did have that “end of season” feel but that meant it was not too busy but the restaurants were all still open, served wonderful food with typical Cypriot service and friendly caring staff. The weather could have been better for us but Villa Jacaranda made up for the occasional clouds and bit of rain! Our trip by boat with 10 others to the Blue Lagoon was simply the best morning of our holiday. We are glad we choose Cyprus for our autumn break and a big thank you to the Luxury Latchi Villas team. “The villa went beyond our expectations. The pool was spacious and beautiful, and the sea view and mountains beyond made it spetacular. At night fruit bats would fly down from the trees and drink, beautiful to watch. The gardens (which weren’t in the photos) were breath taking and a really wonderful surprise. The house is secluded enough that the kids could shout and play without bothering the neighbours, as we were in the pool from 7:00 every day. The amenities inside the house were very high. Everything worked well and there was lots of hot water when needed and aircon in all the bedrooms. We chose not to pay for the aircon in the main living room which was not the best idea at this time of year but that was our choice. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were luxurious with huge showers. When the aircon did brake down in one of the rooms the managers dealt with it immediately. If you are looking for a secluded and aesthetically stunning location then you can’t do better than this. WE WILL BE BACK!!” - August 7, 2017

“We always have a villa holiday on our main holiday and always enjoy them. Some companies however are very good at making the villas look better than they actually are. So it was a very welcome surprise to actually arrive at the villa and think wowthe pictures do not do it justice. It was our first visit to Cyprus and we chose luxury latchi villas due to the reviews and returning guests. We can see why people return. We had a problem on arrival with a leaking water tank. A quick call and a man was around next morning. Unfortunately not repairable so we started to worry a bit obviously that this could take time to sort. Well the next day a new tank fitted was fitted and to be honest it didn’t really affect us at all. And we were kept up to date on everything that happened. The villa was beautiful, with everything as dascribed. The pool was great with high quality outside furniture and location was quiet but 5 mins from the marina.A wonderful holiday was had by all. So Chelsey and Paul thank you for all the help and thanks for the cakes that were delicious and a very kind gesture. “We have just returned from two great weeks in Cyprus. We have visited Cyprus many times and this was our first experience of using a villa supplied by Luxury Latchi Villas but it will not be our last. We have in fact booked another two weeks withthem for August this year and three weeks for next year. We stayed in Villa Infinity which is awesome, without the luxury and amenities the villa offers the views alone are absolutely awesome. Andrea came to see us on the morning of our first full day there and the information and recommendations she gave us was brilliant, we actually saw her and her family in several of the restaurants she recommended which says something in itself. The LLV team really is very much a family and close team affair and they don’t just treat it as a job, the passion they all show to ensuring their guests have a trouble free and great holiday is second to none we have ever experienced. It would be an absolute insult to refer to any of the team as a “holiday rep” As a family we love the Latchi/Polis area, the place is a peaceful and quiet part of Cyprus that still has a laid back relaxing atmosphere, if you want bright lights, nightclubs and 24/7 bars and burger joints……stay away. If you want lovely scenery, great beaches, fantastic food and to be looked after by a company of dedicated professionals then come to Latchi and let Latchi Luxury Villas take care of everything except you enjoying yourself.” - June 17, 2017

“We recently returned from our third Cyprus holiday with Luxury Latchi Villas, and yet again, we were super impressed with how smoothly our trip went, from the ease of booking, to our late night arrival to find the villa lit like a beacon andcontaining delicious goodies for us weary travellers, our wonderful relaxing week, ending with a hassle free late (no additional charge!) check-out from the villa to catch our evening flight home.The villa was in a lovely quiet area, but only a five minute drive from the many local eateries in Latchi and Polis. It was immaculately clean and the pool heated to a very comfortable temperature – we had arrived in Heaven! We met Chelsey the following morning, who was very helpful and knowledgable about the villa and the area, and met Andrea later in the week when she delivered our second lemon drizzle cake of the week – our prize for winning the selfie competition! Patrick the ‘pool-man’ is always a welcome friendly visitor, how he maintains his cheeriness when he is working hard in the hot sun is a mystery! All in all, if you are weighing up booking with Luxury Latchi Villas or any other perhaps better known villa company, my advise would be go with the local experts! We have previously booked villa holidays in the area with VillaPlus and James Villas, and whilst we had no problems with them, the villas were not a patch on the four we have stayed in with LLV now, and the customer service doesn’t even come close to that which is provided by Andrea, Paul and their team. The villa is beautiful very open with great high ceilings, good kitchen with washing machine & dishwasher, oven, microwave everything you possibly need when self catering. We had some great BBQ’s inthe garden and local restaurant’s were a 5/10 minute walk. The garden has been lanscaped beautifully so the villa is very private not over looked by anyone. The Villa was spacious, spotlessly clean, with lovely outside space and a beautiful swimming pool, which we had great difficulty getting the children to leave! Notwithstanding the rather unusual artwork on the walls, it’s a very nice villa in a well-kept and quiet upmarket area near the beach with restaurants within walking distance. We would not hesitate to recommend LLV as one of the best holiday companies we have experienced. From the first contact online they are amazing and you receive exactly what you pay for. We had a problem with the air-conditioning in one bedroom and despite it being a Bank Holiday this was fixed within hours. “Only one word can describe this villa…….stunning! We have stayed in several villas in this area but nothing compares to Villa Apollonia. It is beautifully decorated and equipped to the highest standards we have experienced in the area. There arein fact two kitchens back to back one equipped with a gas range and the other an electric ange, not to mention a lovely BBQ area. EVERY bedroom has a stunning sea view over Latchi. Sitting on the living room balcony area eating breakfast and watching the sun rise is truly relaxing.The pool is magnificent and there are plenty of toys for young children and middle/old age children. There is a pool table in the “gamesoom” along with books and board games for guests amusement. Free wifi is provided along with internet TV that gives you over 300 channels included BBC1 ITV, Sky etc etc.The agents are good, they visited us the morning after we arrived and gave us several recommendations for local restaurants and other services. There is a nice little welcome pack of essentials like tea, coffee, bread butter etc etcIf your thinking of a villa holiday in Cyprus then look no further, you will not be disappointed” - June 11, 2017

We loved the local Latchi and Polis area which is relatively quiet and unspoilt and just great for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of normal life. We enjoyed lots of great meals out, but ‘Porto Latchi’, ‘Polis Herb Garden’ and ‘Arsinoe Fish Tavern’ are particularly recommended. “We have just returned from a wonderful week staying at Chryshocou Bay Villa 09 with our two sons aged 4 and 6. We have had a number of villa holidays but have never stayed in Cyprus. We did quite a bit of research online before booking our holidaybecause we are very fussy when it comes to cleanliness and quality. Luxury Latchi Villas exceeded our expectations which were high. The villa was well appointed and spotlessly clean. We arrived after midnight so the welcome pack was just what we needed. The lemon drizzle cake was to die for. After a good nights sleep Andrea visited us the next morning to check all was ok and provide us with all the information we needed to know about the area, where to eat etc. We took her advice and did the ‘big shop’ in the large Polis supermarket which is just 10 minutes drive away with UK prices, not inflated for tourists, and plenty of choice. We did buy too much however as we ended up eating out for more lunches than we had anticipated as the restaurants are so cheap. There is a great taverna 100 yards away ‘Pavlaras’ which we ate at on three evenings. The fish mezze is great value and includes Ava’s wonderful coconut cake. During the week we also hired a motor boat for 4 hours from George’s watersports in Latchi Marina which was fantastic and great value. They offer a good discount for Andrea’s guests and added an inflatable donut to tow the kids which was a bonus. We did pay extra to have the pool heated which we would recommend. It meant the boys could stay in the pool for hours on end without getting cold. The service we have received from Andrea and her family has been seemless; from the questions prior to booking, the booking itself, the welcome, questions whilst there answered immediately via live chat online and the thoughtful ‘keep box’ where you can leave items such pool toys etc for your next visit. Luxury Latchi Villas has clearly earnt the right to be the successful company they are. Thank you for everything – we will be coming back next year.” - May 2, 2016

“We are four people who are getting on a bit, and we stayed for two weeks in the Villa Jacaranda in Latchi. We could not have asked for more – Andrea, Brad and Paul did everything they could to ensure we had a good time. We had a couple ofsmall problems and they were resolved the same day. We have stayed in other villas previously but there is no comparison with regard to service. What we enjoyed about the Jacaranda was the fact it was all on one level. We booked a hire car through the firm the team recommended and it was lovely to be picked up from and dropped back to the airport – without having to queue and complete paperwork! On arrival at the villa there was a welcome pack and the most gorgeous lemon drizzle cake – it didn’t last long! The water cooler machine in the villa was a godsend as we had a mini-heatwave when we were there. Another service Brad offers is, he will print your return boarding passes for you to save surcharges at the airport and we were very grateful for this. “We thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon at Villa Jacaranda and very much appreciated the welcome pack with your famous lemon drizzle cake and a bottle of bubbly to start off our stay. The villa is beautiful inside and out, decorated and furnished to ahigh standard and spotlessly clean. It’s not often you get a pool big enough to swim properly in but this one ticks the box. The views from the roof terrace are stunning and the ‘cuddle seat’ is the perfect position to enjoy the sun setting over the Akamas peninsula. Andrea was very welcoming, friendly and full of helpful advice and local knowledge. The recommendation for Smygies was spot on and just up our street for our one meal out, the other meals were happily cooked and enjoyed at the outdoor barbecue. Our only ‘surprise’ was the number of large hairy eight-legged visitors we encountered during our stay – eight in total over 6 days. Three were obviously not good swimmers and needed fishing out of the pool, one decided that the barbecue was a good home, two had moved in to the corridor between bedrooms and caused much entertainment early one morning and the other two tried to make friends as we were enjoying an evening glass of wine! We are not easily phased so found ways to carefully relocate them in the local olive grove but can imagine some guests would be horrified to meet so many European Tarantulas in one visit! It’s certainly given us some stories to go home with. Other than that, a thoroughly wonderful stay and we would very much love to return to the same villa. We didn’t want to leave! “We stayed at the villa Santorini and had a wonderful fortnight. The villa was very well equipped, with everything we needed and at a high standard. The view was stunning and the pool most appreciated as it was hot hot hot! The lovely lemon cake, basic provisions, and coffee and biscuits were a lovely touch, especially on our late arrival, and the visit from Andrea the following morning told us all we needed to know. Her recommendations were all really good and the extra discounts offered really appreciated. “ We stayed here over New Year, the Villa is lovely with a nautical theme and nice and private location. Everything you could need for a relaxing holiday is provided, thank you to Andrea for local tips. From 30th December to 6 January we stayed soit was very quite around lots of places closed but still a lovely area. The village of Neo Chorio is lovely with a couple of tavernas and a quaint supermarket. Local Latchi harbour is nice for a walk too and there are a few cafes etc there. Would definitely stay again if we went back to this area, you do need a car, very different part of the island to Pafos where we had stayed for Christmas.” - December 18, 2014

“The villa was situated in a quaint village but within walking distance of the beautiful Akamas Peninsula, great for my early morning walks :-)There was a little supermarket in the village too, to buy fresh bread and milk, etc but also 2 very good tavernas serving local food for our evening meals. “Thank you to the Wright family who manage this villa! It delivers what you expect from reviews and photos. The location is very good, you can walk to the Latchi village (ca 15 min) with its good fish taverns and marina. There is also the LatchiBeach Hotel on the way, its restaurant is also worth a visit. A few kilometers away is the Aphrodite Bath which in itself is not that much, but the nature trails and hikes you can take there are absolutely stunning. For a normally fit person they are very manageable (ca 6 km). My best experience of the whole Cyprus trip.The villa itself is almost as good as the photos make you expect. Upon arrival you get the famous lemon drizzle cake and welcome pack. The pool is large and does not smell of chlorine, in October it was a bit cool, but still perfectly swimmable. The outside area with the barbecue is pretty and functional. The spa/jacuzzi, however, was there but not fully installed yet. Inside the villa is very nicely decorated, suits the minimalist modern style fans 🙂 However, there are few minor points to bear in mind: it is fully self-catering which means that you go with the same towels (there are both shower and beach towels there) for the whole week. The kitchen towels get dirty in a week and there is no change. The floors have white tiles, so with kids you can imagine how every stain shows. Be prepared for some floor scrubbing if you are a cleanliness person 🙂 The hot water system is solar + electric heating. If you forget the latter switched on for more than 1 h it burns and power cuts ensue. It happened to us. Brad, the manager was kind enough to be understanding, because it was our kids who just switched the heating on without the parents knowing. Be careful with that. And on a cloudy day there is not much solar hot water and the electric heating takes a lot of time to heat water, patience needed. The beds are comfortable, plenty of good pillows. Yet there is not much sound insulation, so every toilet trip at night is audible to everyone.But these things are minor, the place is very good and Latchi is wonderful spot to explore Cyprus. We even made a day trip to Northern Cyprus. Kyrenia is worth a visit, but the drive is long!” - October 29, 2014

“We stayed here for our daughters wedding. We were met by Brad on our first day. He gave us a few pointers and helped us out with the wi-if. The welcome pack was gratefully received, thank you. The villa is situated at the end of a very quietcul-de-sac so virtually no noise either in the day or at night. Everything is of a high standard. All three bedrooms are a good size. Two bathrooms (one en suite) plus a separate toilet all very clean. Outside is very neat and tidy. Plent of seating available. The pool is large and was cleaned regularly during our stay. The only (very minor) concern regarding the pool is that the lining is starting to bubble up in places. The walk to Polis square is a steady 8 / 10 stroll. “From the initial booking to the actual stay, this villa was flawless. We traveled as a group of 5, between the ages of 21-35, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the stay, The villa is a beautiful design and the view when you open the blinds in the morning is overwhelming. On arrival we were greeted with a welcome pack of tea, coffee, bread etc, and a beautiful lime cake, this was a lovely touch, as was the visit from Andrea the next morning to provide us with key information on the area, with some tips on what to do and where to eat. The area itself was absolutely stunning and the quaint village of Neo Chorio just 5 minutes away was just beautiful. The pool in the villa was cleaned twice while we were there, and there was even a BBQ with all the essentials, so we were able to stay at the villa a few evenings to cook. The weather in October was just perfect, and if you have kids you would not even have to leave the pool area. The only bad thing about our holiday was that we actually had to leave this wonderful villa!! We will definitely be back and I would recommend this villa to anyone!” - September 16, 2014

“We had a beautiful holiday in Cyprus. Villa Genevieve is a great place to stay – very spacious, comfortable with an absolutely stunning view over the sea, the town and the mountains, and even more stunning after the sunset at wine o’clock. If youare lucky to stay there during the full moon then don’t miss the moon rising over the mountains – mesmerising.The most important thing for me was that the villa was facing north, so even though there was still a lot of space by the villa for sunbathing and the pool always has full sun, there was enough shade in the garden for us to have meals outside not feeling too hot and for me to sit in the armchair and just absorb the beautiful view. Maria is a great, always responded super-fast to my queries. After staying in a big development between Paphos and Limassol for two consecutive summers, I decided to visit this part of the island. I fell in love with it. It is so much warmer, friendlier, family oriented and unpretentious. The locals are wonderful and helpful, the food is fresh, abundant, inexpensive and delicious. The small family-run restaurant, within five minutes walk from the villa, is a must – so good and much less expensive than in the harbour. And the bakery in the Latchi village, oh my goodness, I could easily live there on weekends. Rent a boat and go to Blue Lagoon and just have fun jumping over the waves in the open sea. My girls absolutely loved the experience. I can go on about the little places in the area, but it is always best to go and discover for yourselves. Highly recommend!” - August 11, 2014

Booking was very straightforward, with the location easily accessible from Google Maps on our drive from Nicosia. “Having visited Polis and Latchi several times over the past few years andrented quite a few Villas online using the “book and pray” method, we’ve often been left underwhelmed by the state of the villas as many have aged considerably since theirphotos were uploaded. However, we love the area so much we keep coming back. Our latest visit was decided at the last minute, and we spent a couple of evenings scrolling through rental sites to find a villa which was (a) decent looking, (b) safe for kids, and (c) within budget. We made a long list, then a short list, but still couldn’t decide on the least risky villa. So we continued looking. Our search brought us to the Luxury Latchi Villas site were we were almost immediately greeted by Brad on Live Chat. We described what we were after, the dates, and our concerns about child safety. Within minutes of him returning with a selection of properties, we’d booked Villa Golden Coast 6.Though not as close to the seafront as we would have ideally liked, the property itself was nothing short of perfect. Other than the long list of features listed on the site, the place was very clean and the furniture and fittings were in excellent condition. To top it all off, Andrea (of Latchi Luxury Villas) made sure the place was full of things you often wish you’d brought with you but didn’t, especially kid related. “ Apparently we were the first people to stay in this villa. The furnishings were all of the highest standard including the beautiful outdoors furniture.The log burner was a godsend when the sun went down and made the villa really cosy during theevenings. The position of the villa was incredible, it was a ten minute stroll into Latchi for all the restaurants and bars. It was also only a couple of minutes and we were at the beach, although in February we did not use it. The outside area and pool were incredible, the sun shines on the pool area all day, but there are loads of shady areas if it gets too much. The pool is huge compared to those at previous villas we have stayed in.The welcome from Paul and Andrea of the managing company (In Safe Hands) was great, they recommended some lovely tavernas and were very knowledgeable about the area. They told us that an outdoor kitchen area is being added to the villa during March, this will make it the ideal villa for just about anybody.We have already booked another week at this villa and cannot wait for that holiday to come round.” - November 2, 2013

“We had a great holiday at the very comfortable Villa Chelona, located only a few minutes drive to all our favourite restaurants in Latchi. This was our sixth different villa rental with Luxury Latchi Villas in the last few years. Everything is always well organised. Chelona is very private, we hardly saw anybody the whole time we visited, but it’s still very quick and easy to get into Latchi. The best bit about the villa is the outside terrace area, well equipped with comfy seating and stunning views.”
