Villa Vesta is a 4-bedroom villa set over three floors; a spacious, open-plan villa with an abundance of space. The large, bright patio doors from the living/dining area extend outside to the shaded outdoor terrace complete with dining area, and BBQ; perfect for dining.
From the outdoor terrace, a short walk down a couple of stairs, you will find yourself in the beautifully landscaped gardens; the ultimate seclusion with a private swimming pool and copious areas to relax in the sunshine.

With a selection of places to unwind; from comfortable sun-loungers, reclining chairs, and benches to enjoy the scenery. There is a gazebo through the pathway in the luscious gardens; perfect for two.
There is a large BBQ area with an outdoor dining table and mini-bar table; ideal for alfresco dining in warm summer evenings.
From the balconies, there are amazing panoramic sea and mountains; the perfect place to catch the sunset over Chrysochous Bay.

The location of the Villa is perfect! Villa has a great garden, it is very beautiful! Area is quite, perfect for families. View from the rooms to the bay are just nice to look at any time. To the beach is just few hundred meters. Latchi is nice and cozy town to be. Great host and very warm welcome!
We have recently returned from our second year booking with Luxury Latchi Villas and again we have had a fabulous time. We stayed again at Villa Vesta which is in a great position in latchi as its in walking distance to the Harbour where there are alarge number of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy a great meal or drink with a great beach or harbour setting. As usual it was a pleasure dealing with Latchi Luxury Villas. From booking to the actual holiday its simple and everything is done so smoothly. The whole team manage to make the whole process a pleasure and while on holiday queries are answered promptly and professionally. This year we were even able to view some other villas while away which was great. As usual they were to a very high standard and helped in our choice for a villa next year we have booked. I would also like to mention the car hire. I understand that Luxury latchi villas have changed suppliers this year and would like to say that Tony from the car hire company was a pleasure to deal with and even a last minute phone call to ask for a slightly later pick up was no problem. The conversation on the way to the airport certainly helped with the post holiday blues. So a big thank you to the whole team for yet another relaxing and enjoyable holiday yet again.
Well what can I say. Yet another fantastic break in Cyprus with Luxury Latchi Villas. For the last 2 years we have booked through them and yet again everything was superb. Everything from booking to to arranging to view a few villas while there wasdealt with excellently and I must add the car hire company we used through Latchi Luxury Villas was excellent too. Tony who dealt with us was a pleasure and gave us some great info on the journey to and from the villa. The villa yet again was fabulous. We stayed at villa vesta for he 2nd year running due to its layout and its great position in Latchi. Was lovely to meet Andrea for the first time and her recommendations for restaurants were spot on. We are definitely booking for next year though we visited a few of the other villas in the area and now its decision time as all of them have something special. A big thank you to the Luxury Latchi Team and look forward to seeing you all next year.
Just back from a fantastic 2 week stay in Villa Vesta, We have been many times to Latchi but never before with LLV, we are now converts! The attention to detail and care given by the team and Andrea was second to none, especially the surprise cakefor our wedding anniversary. We always have a villa holiday on our main holiday and always enjoy them. Some companies however are very good at making the villas look better than they actually are. So it was a very welcome surprise to actually arrive at the villa and think wowthe pictures do not do it justice. It was our first visit to Cyprus and we chose luxury latchi villas due to the reviews and returning guests. We can see why people return. We had a problem on arrival with a leaking water tank. A quick call and a man was around next morning. Unfortunately not repairable so we started to worry a bit obviously that this could take time to sort. Well the next day a new tank fitted was fitted and to be honest it didn't really affect us at all. And we were kept up to date on everything that happened. The villa was beautiful, with everything as dascribed. The pool was great with high quality outside furniture and location was quiet but 5 mins from the marina.A wonderful holiday was had by all. So Chelsey and Paul thank you for all the help and thanks for the cakes that were delicious and a very kind gesture. We can give no better recommendation than we have booked for next year.
The villa is superb, the photos are true to life. Beach 300 meters. Walking distance to restaurants. Polis' shops are best reached by car. Great balance of privacy and comfortable location. Very nice interaction with the agency!
