Villa Vesta is a 4-bedroom villa set over three floors; a spacious, open-plan villa with an abundance of space. The large, bright patio doors from the living/dining area extend outside to the shaded outdoor terrace complete with dining area, and BBQ; perfect for dining.
From the outdoor terrace, a short walk down a couple of stairs, you will find yourself in the beautifully landscaped gardens; the ultimate seclusion with a private swimming pool and copious areas to relax in the sunshine.

The bright and spacious open-plan living and dining area has comfortable seating for up to 7-guests, with a fireplace for cozy, winter nights; ideal for out-of-season bookings. The spectacular Villa Vesta is set in beautifully matured gardens surrounded by a wide variety of luscious shrubs, flowers, hedges, and trees including palm trees; it is the perfect place to sit back and relax in the Cyprus sun. There is a large lawn area; ideal for children.
With a selection of places to unwind; from comfortable sun-loungers, reclining chairs, and benches to enjoy the scenery. There is a gazebo through the pathway in the luscious gardens; perfect for two.
There is a large BBQ area with an outdoor dining table and mini-bar table; ideal for alfresco dining in warm summer evenings.
From the balconies, there are amazing panoramic sea and mountains; the perfect place to catch the sunset over Chrysochous Bay.

The villa looks exactly as it does in the photos! An absolutely ideal location, literally 5 mins from the beach and some bars/restaurants. The hosts were extremely easy to communicate with an allowed us a late check out as there was nobody coming in after us. Couldn’t have asked for better - we’d definitely recommend this villa.

The car hire that you recommended worked extremely well and they were very friendly and accommodating. The extra info you gave us on restaurants was very welcome and accurate. And the loyalty card is a great incentive and we used it always. And finally – thank you to the both of you as you made our trip as easy as possible and dealt with our first aborted trip brilliantly. Me and my friends really enjoyed our week at Villa Vesta. The villa is situated very near to the beaches of Latchi and it's a short walk to some of the harbour front restaurants and bars. The villa was perfect for our needs, with a lovely pool and mature gardens with plenty of shade on the terrace. Rooms were very clean and air con throughout, with plenty of towels which is always essential in Cyprus especially with such an inviting pool! Kathryn welcomed us to the house on our first day and provided us with some really useful information including local boat hire and wine tasting- she even booked us a table at a restaurant one night. What a fantastic service, we'll definitely be booking with Luxury Latchi Villas in the future.
In one word, superb! From arriving at this beautiful, spotless villa, with fabulous views and gardens we were smitten and have booked again for next year. Within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, the beach and the harbour you really couldn't want for more. Luxury Latchi Villas were, as always, fantastic. From the welcome meeting with the lovely Kathryn, to sorting out a little issue with the property before we even woke up the following morning and the printing off our locator forms for our return. Nothing is ever too much trouble. You could book other villas with other website-based managers but you'd never get the same service or back up that you get from this company and that's why we will keep using them wherever possible.
Great place to spend time in the sun. Nice swimming pool, close to the beach and good restaurants. Very well kept place.
