Very nice house, not far from the sea. Clean and well equipped. The only problem was the terrace light that didn't work, probably because of the storm a few days before our arrival. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a quiet and relaxing vacation.

We'd like to say thank you Kathryn for being such a great host. The villa is in great possible location. We really enjoyed the foods, thank you to all your recommendation. Restomare, Noma, Yialos were our favourites. We had such a great time and the locals are genuinely friendly. Best of my family had great memories to remember. We will definitely visit and stay with LLV.
What a lovely house and surroundings. The photos already looked so beautiful, well we always take into account that often a nicer picture is shown than reality, but with this villa that was absolutely not the case! It really met above all expectations! Clean, spacious, beautiful... the garden was beautifully in bloom and enjoyed it every moment! Thank you!
We had a wonderful stay at the Villa Vera. The villa was spacious, clean, private and super comfortable. It felt like a home from home. All the amenities were great, and was nice to arrive with some essentials for a late night arrival already there. Kathryn came to visit the first morning and was super detailed with help and guidance. And from this point onwards was always on hand for any questions as well as super responsive with a drain issue that occurred. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the villa, hosts or location. It was a perfect way to spend a week away. Luxury Latchi Villas come highly recommended from us!
Had amazing stay at villa Vera. Views are breathtaking from the balcony. Really comfortable beds, lovely kitchen well equipped. The lovely lady, Kathryn, meet us at the beginning; fixing TV issue and give us all tips and recommendations. Swimming pool very large, cleaned weekly. Unfortunately water to cold in November, sea was still very warm though. Dropped the star for location as walking to Latchi harbour restaurants/bars after sunset was quite a mission. No proper walkway by the main road. Coastal walk dark bumpy and a bit scary for kids. There is small food stall by the villa "I❤️food" which you must visit. Thanks a lot Luxury Latchi Villas!

The villa was spotlessly clean and everything was comfortable, inside and out - comfy beds, and pillows with quality bedding and fluffy towels. Lovely comfy outdoor seating area. Great views of the sea from the upstairs balcony. The LLV Team think of everything and are always on hand for any minor issues. Kathryn was full of helpful information,as always. We enjoyed the short walk to the little pebbly beach and along the coast in either direction. We sampled several of the local eateries. All in all, we had a restful, relaxing stay and are currently looking forward to booking Villa No. 6 with LLV. We have been visiting Cyprus for 25 years and Luxury Latchi Villas are definitely the best!

Overview
Villa Vera is an ideal location offering both privacy and convenience in a small, private cul de sac, with an abundance of outdoor space. Idyllic location; walking distance to the beach, 5-minutes to the Baths of Aphrodite, and a 3-minute drive to Latchi.
Set over two floors, the bedrooms are located upstairs with an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area on the ground floor. Large patio doors create a bright living space and open onto the covered patio and outdoor areas.

The living area is bright, spacious, and extends to a shaded outdoor patio featuring a rattan sofa set. There is a large flat-screen TV with a UK IPTV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything required for family catering and is finished to a very high standard including a free-standing breakfast bar, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster.
There’s also dining for 6-people and an additional outdoor dining area.

We'd like to say thank you Kathryn for being such a great host. The villa is in great possible location. We really enjoyed the foods, thank you to all your recommendation. What a lovely house and surroundings. We had a wonderful stay at the Villa Vera. The villa was spacious, clean, private and super comfortable. It felt like a home from home. All the amenities were great, and was nice to arrive with some essentials for a late night arrival already there.
