The secluded Villa Serendipity is set amongst beautiful gardens with luscious shrubs, flowers, and palm trees. The spacious open-plan living/dining and kitchen areas extend outside through the large patio doors to the shaded outdoor terrace and dining area; overlooking the gardens, swimming pool. With spectacular views of the Meditteranean Sea and Chrysochous Bay, the villa is just a short 5-minute drive to Latchi Harbour.
Villa Serendipity is a 3 bedroom villa set over 3-stories with a luxury home-from-home feel. With stunning panoramic sea and mountain views from every angle of the property and plenty of places to sit back and relax in ultimate comfort.
There are plenty of things to keep you occupied during your stay; entertainment ranging from a games room on the basement level, with a pool table and football table, bicycles, and a Sonos speaker system throughout the property; it is perfect for both couples and families.

The large open-plan living room is an ideal place to take a break from the Cyprus sun. With plenty of entertainment to enjoy your home comforts; a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, and UKTV providing access to English and International TV channels. There is a library with numerous books and games; perfect for children.
There is dedicated Wi-Fi Internet included free of charge.
Kitchen
The fully-equipped kitchen contains a fridge/freezer, hob with a separate grill/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine; everything you need for your stay.
There is an adjoining breakfast bar that overlooks the dining area and outdoor terrace.

Swimming Pool and Outdoor Area
Villa Serendipity has a spectacular 9m x 4m private swimming pool set amongst beautiful gardens with luscious shrubs, flowers, and palm trees.
The large, secluded outdoor area is spaced over two stories. On the ground floor, there is an outdoor dining area seating 6-people; the perfect place to enjoy a BBQ and refreshments in the shade overlooking the wonderful views. From the ground floor, down some stairs, is the pool area; an ideal location to relax on the sun-loungers in the Cyprus sun. You will also find a stone-built BBQ.
Upstairs on the shared roof terrace, you will find a deluxe sofa-set; perfect for soaking in the incredible, panoramic views and basking in the sunshine.

We rented this villa for a week, the owner is just nice, helpful and kind. I recommend 100% hygiene, nothing to say, everything was great, the villa is beautiful and well maintained. It looks very much like the photos. Thanks again see you soon
Lovely place, spotless. We had a lovely weeks holiday, enjoyed the chilly pool (April a bit early for warm swimming). Teenage boys loved the games room. Thank you

Nice, clean and very well equiped house. Clearly not for pure rental use, but by the owner as well. Acces was easy and all info available. Little town of Latchi is close by (5' by car) and plenty of picturesque beaches and beach bars in the area. the villa is a perfect place to stay and explore the North West of Cyprus.

Beautiful stylish large villa in a tranquil and serene residential area, we visited for our honeymoon and the combination of comfort and peace was just what we needed! Brad then Kathryn at Luxury Latchi Villas were superb in their attention to detail and sound advice. Do make sure you follow their tips such as booking the earliest boat trip to the Blue Lagoon (amazing, by the way) and therefore avoid the screaming hoards at lunchtime & beyond. Kathryn even brought us a bottle of fizz to celebrate our honeymoon! Nice touch... The pool is a delight, as are the numerous outdoor sitting areas, while the villa interior is roomy, well-designed and with handy mod cons such as charger ports, tv setup and the Sonos sound system. Oh yes, we adored the lilos by the pool too! Haven't used them for years but God, they're lovely to chill on in the pool! Latchi is a 5 minute taxi or drive away (€8 in a taxi, which seems quite a lot when it's so close and especially if you do it 3/4 times a day but hey ho, we preferred not to hire a car)...Everything you'd need is there, we also were thrilled to find the Yiannakis beach a short walk from the villa, with a private one even closer! What a spot! Overall we couldn't have asked for more, not cheap of course but why should luxury be cheap?! We feel it represents good value so honestly, don't hesitate and book! Thanks again,
