Beautiful Villa, very clean, comfortable beds, great showers, and all windows and door have mosquito nets fitted. The Villa is also well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Great location with lovely beach 1 minute drive away. Also Latchi harbour 4 minute drive. Kathryn was very attentive and gave us very handy tips and lots of useful information. We will certainly be back, thank you!

One of the best Airbnb experiences so far, when you want to chill out outside of the city. The villa is spacious and very clean, the location is perfect, less then 5 minutes from the sea. We had wonderful time there. Highly recommended.
The villa is excellent. We stopped for a week. Good location between Polis and the Baths of Aphrodite, with fresh air, quiet neighbours and easy access to the sea in a couple of minutes. 15 min by car to a big supermarket Papantoniu and 8 minutes to the nearest restaurants in Latchi. The villa has a private well-kept garden and a sea view from the second floor. Inside, everything you need for a comfortable stay: a variety of utensils in the kitchen for cooking and barbecuing. Also, the villa has a lot of things for a lovely staying: warm blankets, a hairdryer, badminton pads, board games, a fireplace, lots of books and music CDs for the sound system. The villa has an underground floor with a billiard and three bicycles. Anyway, it's definitely great and was made for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

The secluded Villa Serendipity is set amongst beautiful gardens with luscious shrubs, flowers, and palm trees. The spacious open-plan living/dining and kitchen areas extend outside through the large patio doors to the shaded outdoor terrace and dining area; overlooking the gardens, swimming pool. With spectacular views of the Meditteranean Sea and Chrysochous Bay, the villa is just a short 5-minute drive to Latchi Harbour.
Villa Serendipity is a 3 bedroom villa set over 3-stories with a luxury home-from-home feel. With stunning panoramic sea and mountain views from every angle of the property and plenty of places to sit back and relax in ultimate comfort.
There are plenty of things to keep you occupied during your stay; entertainment ranging from a games room on the basement level, with a pool table and football table, bicycles, and a Sonos speaker system throughout the property; it is perfect for both couples and families.

The large open-plan living room is an ideal place to take a break from the Cyprus sun. With plenty of entertainment to enjoy your home comforts; a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, and UKTV providing access to English and International TV channels. Villa Serendipity has a spectacular 9m x 4m private swimming pool set amongst beautiful gardens with luscious shrubs, flowers, and palm trees.
The large, secluded outdoor area is spaced over two stories. On the ground floor, there is an outdoor dining area seating 6-people; the perfect place to enjoy a BBQ and refreshments in the shade overlooking the wonderful views. From the ground floor, down some stairs, is the pool area; an ideal location to relax on the sun-loungers in the Cyprus sun. You will also find a stone-built BBQ.
Upstairs on the shared roof terrace, you will find a deluxe sofa-set; perfect for soaking in the incredible, panoramic views and basking in the sunshine.

Absolutely stunning villa nuzzled above pretty much a private beach below. Kathryn was welcoming and very knowledgable about the local area. The host was very into tech so there was no shortage of entertainment plus the pool table in the basement was really fun!

One of the best Airbnb experiences so far, when you want to chill out outside of the city. The villa is spacious and very clean, the location is perfect, less then 5 minutes from the sea. We had wonderful time there. Highly recommended.

Just returned from a wonderful week at Villa Serendipity, our first with Luxury Latchi Villas, but definitely not our last. The villas was amazing, spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. Everything we could need was provided. Located a short walk from the beach with sea views. Been to Latchi many times and this is one of the best we have stayed in.
Kathryn was really helpful with advice about the villa and places to eat and to visit. Brad made our booking really simple. We have used other booking sites in the past but Luxury Latchi Villas is second to none in their attention to detail. We are returning to Latchi in June and October to different villas (they're all amazing so we were spoilt for choice) so we found the offer of a storage box to leave items very useful.
Thanks to the team for all your help. Looking forward to our return.
