Villa SeaTime is a 2-bedroom, luxury villa in Argaka; just 10-minutes from Polis. Argaka has numerous restaurants a few of which are within walking distance from the villa. There is also a mini supermarket and the beach is just 500-meters away; a short 6-minute walk. A fantastic place to enjoy your holiday in Cyprus.
Perfectly suited for couples and small families, this homely bungalow is a wonderful place to enjoy the sun, sea, and sand.

We absolutely loved our week at Villa Sea time. Beautiful quiet location, but only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a great family friendly restaurant. Kathryn was extremely welcoming, and really helped us to make the most of time in Cyprus, including arranging a boat trip and diving for our son. Would absolutely recommend staying here. 5 stars all round.
We have just returned from a 4 week stay at Villa Seatime with LLV. This is our 4th stay here. As usual the service has been top notch, from booking to our departure. Any issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Kathryn, the Guest Experience Manager is professional and a really lovely lady too. As for the Villa , it was spotless, well equipped and has a super clean pool (cleaned x2 weekly). We love the outdoor areas where you can be in full sun or shade throughout the day. Sunsets are the best, fab view from the covered seating area. The area is really quiet if you want peace. Five minutes walk down to Santa Barbara beach and Restaurant. Polis is about 10-minute drive so you do need a car to explore the area. Would highly recommend this company and villa, so much so that we’ve already booked for 2025!! Cozy villa in a quiet location. We need to have a car to stay in this place. In general, we are very satisfied. If you want privacy near the sea,then this is a good choice.
We have recently returned from a month's stay at Villa Seatime, Argaka booked through Luxury Latchi Villas. This is our second visit to the same villa. Firstly, the improvements to the Villa are great. A spacious new walk-in shower, a large sofa in the living room, a really comfortable outside sofa set with a covered area and a built-in BBQ. These really add to the property. We had left belongings with LLV and these were waiting for us on arrival. The Villa has everything you could possibly need. Spotlessly clean both inside and out. The pool is maintained beautifully. There are plenty of sunny spots and shaded areas to sit in. The sunsets at the Villa are wonderful, we never tired of watching the sun go down. The staff at LLV are superb, all very professional, helpful, and available. Any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Special thanks to Kathryn, Brad, and Andrea. We highly recommend this company for Villa rental in Cyprus. You’ll be in safe hands!!
Absolutely stunning, worth every penny!
Argaka where the villa is situated is an unspoiled part of Cyprus with neighbouring Latchi and Polis two beautiful towns with a lot on offer. The villa added to this idyllic holiday, it is well situated with a few bars and restaurants within a walking distance, Santa Barbara Beach bar is just at the end of the road. Polis and Latchi can be reached by car or taxi. The villa had everything you needed, great space and amazing sea views. To have our own space and pool was sublime. I would not hesitate to go back. Thank you Kathryn for your assistance during our stay.
