Villa Seascape is a 3-bedroom villa set over two floors with a light, modern, and unique layout.
The living room extends to the outdoor terrace where you will find comfortable outdoor sofas and chairs, along with the outdoor dining area and exceptional views of the sea. There’s an abundance of outdoor space to relax by the swimming pool or basque in the stunning views from the shaded terrace. Complete with a Cypriot-style ‘Foukou’ BBQ and a fantastic games room; boasting a pool table and foosball table.

Swimming Pool and Outdoor Area
The private swimming pool includes large walk-in steps for easy entry and exit and is surrounded by artificial lawns, plants, and trees. The swimming pool boasts a swim jet, to swim in place for those that enjoy some exercise.
There is an abundance of outdoor space with 6-sunloungers, 1 large fixed parasol, and an additional parasol that can be moved. The shaded terrace has a comfy sofa set and outdoor dining area with seating for 6-people; perfect for al-fresco dining or relaxing to the sounds of the Mediterranean Sea. There is also a Cypriot-style ‘Foukou’ BBQ perfect for Souvla and Souvlaki.
Games Room
On the lower floor, there is a dedicated games room featuring a pool table, foosball table, and darts; perfect for families with children, or those who wish to have an evening of fun.

We have just returned from a most wonderful holiday in Latchi staying at the superb Villa Seascape. Not only does the villa fulfil all the requirements you may wish for, but the backup service of the agents could not have been more helpful. We would fully recommend this company and this villa to anyone considering booking a holiday in the region. Having never been to Cyprus before we didn't know what to expect, but Kathryn spent an hour or so with us on our first morning suggesting numerous things to do (and not to do due to the heat in July/August), places to eat etc. In all the years we have booked villas separately through villa companies, never before have we had such wonderful service as we did with Luxury Latchi Villas - nothing was too much trouble, we even received discounts by booking things like boat trips etc through the company. We would thoroughly advise paying extra for A/C in all the rooms and the car hire recommended by them which was efficient and reasonably priced. We also took advantage to have one of the food packages waiting for us when we arrived. Thank you to all the team for allowing us to enjoy all of our holiday with no worries.
We have just got back from staying at Villa Seascape where we spent a very relaxing couple of weeks. The Villa is lovely. Very well appointed, it has Bosch and Siemens electricals throughout. It was immaculately clean and the games room was a brilliant addition. Literally, a minute to the beach and 5 mins walk to the beach bar and 10 to 15 into the town. Luxury Latchi Villas arranged car hire with Petrides rentals which was a 5-minute walk away. They also arranged the transfer which went very smoothly. Kathryn from LLV visited us on day 1 and provided excellent service. The loyalty discount card provided is also very useful. I would recommend the Herb Garden restaurant. 10% discount. Fantastic Villa, fantastic company. We will be back!

Fabulous 2 week stay at Villa Seascape which was like a home from home for us. We loved everything about the villa and Latchi and will definitely be back in 2023. Hire car from Fontana was excellent. We had no issues but it was good to know that the LLV team were on hand should we have needed help. Thank you.
We have just returned from 10 nights at Villa Seascape, the villa is wonderful, light and modern and was absolutely spotless - we even had fresh flowers from the garden arranged inside and a tea tray on our arrival. The villa was very well equipped,our boys especially enjoyed the games room downstairs. Luxury Latchi Villas had arranged our car hire for us & everything was perfectly organised. Kathryn is extremely knowledgeable about the area and her recommendations from restaurants & taxis to Quad buggy & boat hire definitely helped us make the most of our time in Cyprus. An excellent company with a personal feel who we wouldn’t hesitate to book through again.
