Villa Santorini is a 3-bedroom villa set over two floors; a spacious, open-plan villa with an abundance of light and space. The large living/dining area extends outside to the outdoor terrace overlooking the private swimming pool. Set in private, mature gardens, it is the ultimate place to relax and unwind.

Living Area
A bright, spacious open-plan living area with a luxury home-from-home feel. With comfortable seating and plenty of entertainment to enjoy; a flat-screen TV, DVD Player, and UKTV with English and International TV channels.
With two large patio doors with easy access to both outdoor areas. From the front of the property, you will overlook the private swimming pool, surrounding gardens, and outdoor decking area with a comfortable sofa set. At the back of the property, you have access to an outdoor dining area with BBQ; ideal for an evening of alfresco dining.
There is dedicated Wi-Fi Internet included free of charge.
Kitchen
The fully-equipped kitchen contains a large fridge/freezer, hob/oven, washing machine, and dishwasher; complete with everything you need for your stay.

Swimming Pool and Outdoor Area
The spectacular Villa Santorini is set in a beautiful secluded garden surrounded by a wide variety of luscious shrubs, flowers, hedges, and trees for ultimate privacy.
There is a small lawn area; ideal for children. There is a luxurious decking area with a cozy sofa set to relax and unwind in the Cyprus sun, with comfortable, reclining sun-loungers to chill out by the stunning swimming pool.
There is a Cypriot-style ‘Foukou’ BBQ; perfect for outdoor dining in warm summer evenings.
From the balconies and outdoor terraces, there are amazing panoramic sea and mountains; it is the ideal place to watch the sunset over Chrysochous Bay.

Thank you a lot for an unforgettable stay in Villa Santorini. Everything was just perfect. Outstanding view, clean pool, many comforts. We definitely recommend it!!
Despite the trepidation of online bookings, I have to say that Villa Santorini was an incredible experience! Booking was very straightforward, with the location easily accessible from Google Maps on our drive from Nicosia. We arrived to find a helpful pack including local restaurant recommendations and discounts on local amenities. The villa was superbly equipped, including food/drinks to bridge the time before we made our first supermarket trip. We had great views, a brilliant pool, and local agents who were attentive to our questions and queries. Booking within such a well-organized team relieves all the hassle and burden of travel, and left us with the peace of mind and time to enjoy our holiday to the maximum. Would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone traveling to the Akamas/Latchi district. Very much looking forward to our next booking! :)
Spend a total of 6 nights at the villa, a tranquil environment, minimum noise, very good location, newly built, clean villa, pool, and barbeque made it a very pleasant stay indeed. Andrea our agent was very nice and attended to all our needs, before and during our stay. Only 2 perks, the double bed is somewhat narrow for my taste, the mattress could have been a bit more luxurious to offer better sleep quality. Also, TV did not have a terrestrial signal and we missed the world cup semifinals :(
Beautiful villa. beds are good but narrow. plenty of storage. outdoor seating is lovely. The clean pool is not heated, so in October very cold. good kitchen equipment. we had a wonderful time in the villa, with beautiful views and a quiet area.
