Villa Santorini is a 3-bedroom villa set over two floors; a spacious, open-plan villa with an abundance of light and space. The large living/dining area extends outside to the outdoor terrace overlooking the private swimming pool. Set in private, mature gardens, it is the ultimate place to relax and unwind.

Living Area
A bright, spacious open-plan living area with a luxury home-from-home feel. With comfortable seating and plenty of entertainment to enjoy; a flat-screen TV, DVD Player, and UKTV with English and International TV channels.
With two large patio doors with easy access to both outdoor areas. From the front of the property, you will overlook the private swimming pool, surrounding gardens, and outdoor decking area with a comfortable sofa set. At the back of the property, you have access to an outdoor dining area with BBQ; ideal for an evening of alfresco dining.
There is dedicated Wi-Fi Internet included free of charge.
Kitchen
The fully-equipped kitchen contains a large fridge/freezer, hob/oven, washing machine, and dishwasher; complete with everything you need for your stay.

Swimming Pool and Outdoor Area
The spectacular Villa Santorini is set in a beautiful secluded garden surrounded by a wide variety of luscious shrubs, flowers, hedges, and trees for ultimate privacy.
There is a small lawn area; ideal for children. There is a luxurious decking area with a cozy sofa set to relax and unwind in the Cyprus sun, with comfortable, reclining sun-loungers to chill out by the stunning swimming pool.
There is a Cypriot-style ‘Foukou’ BBQ; perfect for outdoor dining in warm summer evenings.
From the balconies and outdoor terraces, there are amazing panoramic sea and mountains; it is the ideal place to watch the sunset over Chrysochous Bay.

Had a really relaxing stay at Villa Santorini. The villa was spacious and airy with a fantastic pool area which was very quiet and private. The views from the master bedroom and roof terrace are amazing. The villa is only a 10-minute walk from the lovely village of Neo Chorio and just a 5-minute car drive to Latchi Harbour where there is a fab selection of restaurants and fish taverns would definitely recommend trying the locally caught fish. Polis is also good for eating out and is just a short car ride away. The team at Luxury Latchi Villas are also brilliant and very efficient. Will definitely be returning.
Thank you so much for your email and apologies for not being in touch before now. I have been meaning to send you an email to thank you for everything. We all had a fantastic holiday at Villa Santorini and, for our first visit to Cyprus, we couldn't have asked for better. Thank you to James for greeting us on our first day and giving us lots of information on things to do, places to eat, etc. He was so enthusiastic and welcoming it was lovely. The welcome get-together on Monday evening was such a nice touch and it was lovely to be able to put faces to the names and have a chance to meet you all. From our initial inquiry, through the whole booking process (thanks so much Brad), and finally our stay, you made it all seem so easy. You are such a well-organized team, passionate about your job/company, and very friendly and welcoming so a huge thank you to you all. The welcome pack and lemon cake were very much appreciated and so kind of you. Also, arranging the car hire through yourselves was perfect and we couldn't fault their service. Please pass on our thanks/appreciation to Tony. Neo Chorio and the surrounding area is absolutely beautiful and we had such an amazing time.. We're not really ones for sitting around the villa all day every day and there was so much to see and do within an hour's drive that it was absolutely perfect. We would love to return here in the future (here's hoping) and will definitely book through your company again. We would have no hesitation in recommending you to family/friends. We're absolutely gutted to be home but look forward to hopefully seeing you all again. Thanks once again for making our first trip to Cyprus a truly memorable one. Best wishes to you all!
We just wanted to say thank you again for making our holiday truly memorable. The villa, as always, was spotless and the attention to detail, was superb. The villa had everything we needed and more. The welcome pack is very welcome especially at10 o’clock at night which is when we usually arrive in Cyprus, a nice cup of tea and a piece of cake before bed is always appreciated. The local knowledge was very helpful and tailored to our needs. We will be back as soon as we can to enjoy both the beautiful island but also to the hospitality that always comes from Luxury Latchi Villas!
Andrea and the team were great. They fixed everything that we requested, recommended great places and we're always responsive. We loved the villa and will stay there again for sure. And that lemon cake..........
We stayed at the villa Santorini and had a wonderful fortnight. The villa was very well equipped, with everything we needed and at a high standard. The view was stunning and the pool most appreciated as it was hot hot hot! The lovely lemon cake, basic provisions, and coffee and biscuits were a lovely touch, especially on our late arrival, and the visit from Andrea the following morning told us all we needed to know. Her recommendations were all really good and the extra discounts offered really appreciated. All in all, we would thoroughly recommend anywhere that Andrea, Paul & Brad offer if they are all as good as our villa and know they will look after you well. Hopefully, we will return.
The villa was situated in a quaint village but within walking distance of the beautiful Akamas Peninsula, great for my early morning walks :-)There was a little supermarket in the village too, to buy fresh bread and milk, etc but also 2 very good tavernas serving local food for our evening meals. The villa had its own private pool, and the rooms were clean, cool, and spacious. We will definitely be visiting again. And the locals are very friendly and helpful too!
From the initial booking to the actual stay, this villa was flawless. We traveled as a group of 5, between the ages of 21-35, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the stay, The villa is a beautiful design and the view when you open the blinds in the morning is overwhelming. On arrival we were greeted with a welcome pack of tea, coffee, bread etc, and a beautiful lime cake, this was a lovely touch, as was the visit from Andrea the next morning to provide us with key information on the area, with some tips on what to do and where to eat. The area itself was absolutely stunning and the quaint village of Neo Chorio just 5 minutes away was just beautiful. The pool in the villa was cleaned twice while we were there, and there was even a BBQ with all the essentials, so we were able to stay at the villa a few evenings to cook. The weather in October was just perfect, and if you have kids you would not even have to leave the pool area. The only bad thing about our holiday was that we actually had to leave this wonderful villa!! We will definitely be back and I would recommend this villa to anyone!
