Another great stay in a Luxury Latchi Villa. The villa had everything we needed and was in a really good location with amazing views of the bay. We loved the walk down to the marina and the nice restaurants there. We're already looking forward to our next visit.
We had a lovely time and would always come back. Kathryn took good care of us and gave us many tips for the area. If you come in spring or fall, remember to pack warm clothes, as the houses are designed to stay as cool as possible, and bring adapters for the outlets; unfortunately, we forgot to do that.
This is the second time we have used Latchi Luxury Villas . Our host Kathryn was as helpful as ever. Villa was spotless , the amenities made sure there was plenty of space to relax and enjoy the holiday . Look forward to returning. Highly recommend!
Afternoon Team, just a huge thank you for providing two wonderful villas, (Santorini & Genevieve) and as per last year, did not fail to impress all our family that we bought out with us this time! From the location, the weather (no comparison to UK!), the local area with local cuisine and everything else in between, we had such a great week and importantly, proper downtime and family time! The quality of the villas have certainly made their mark on the family, with them looking to return in the summer! Thank you all once again, and until next time, wishing you all the best! Absolutely lovely villa and venue, so quiet with fantastic views . Host was an absolute gem and so accommodating. Car needed for getting to local shops and found a fabulous fresh fish shop locally, so cooked our own fish meze a few times. Will definitely return and totally recommended!

A short 5-minute drive to Latchi Harbour, the beach, and all local amenities, including bars, cafes, restaurants, and mini-supermarket. There is a local taverna just 300-meters from the villa.
Villa Santorini is a 3-bedroom villa set over two floors; a spacious, open-plan villa with an abundance of light and space. The large living/dining area extends outside to the outdoor terrace overlooking the private swimming pool. Set in private, mature gardens, it is the ultimate place to relax and unwind.

A bright, spacious open-plan living area with a luxury home-from-home feel. With comfortable seating and plenty of entertainment to enjoy; a flat-screen TV, DVD Player, and UKTV with English and International TV channels.
With two large patio doors with easy access to both outdoor areas. From the front of the property, you will overlook the private swimming pool, surrounding gardens, and outdoor decking area with a comfortable sofa set. At the back of the property, you have access to an outdoor dining area with BBQ; ideal for an evening of alfresco dining.
There is dedicated Wi-Fi Internet included free of charge.

The fully-equipped kitchen contains a large fridge/freezer, hob/oven, washing machine, and dishwasher; complete with everything you need for your stay.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with double bed and a small private balcony.
Bedroom 2: 2x Twin beds with a small private balcony.

Bedroom 3: Double bed with access to the outdoor terrace.
*Bedroom 3 is located on the ground floor.
On the ground floor, there is another shared bathroom.
Swimming Pool and Outdoor Area
The spectacular Villa Santorini is set in a beautiful secluded garden surrounded by a wide variety of luscious shrubs, flowers, hedges, and trees for ultimate privacy.
There is a small lawn area; ideal for children. There is a luxurious decking area with a cozy sofa set to relax and unwind in the Cyprus sun, with comfortable, reclining sun-loungers to chill out by the stunning swimming pool.
There is a Cypriot-style ‘Foukou’ BBQ; perfect for outdoor dining in warm summer evenings.
From the balconies and outdoor terraces, there are amazing panoramic sea and mountains; it is the ideal place to watch the sunset over Chrysochous Bay.
