Villa Ocean View is a 3-bedroom villa set over two floors; a spacious, open-plan villa with an abundance of space. The bright and airy villa has a large living/dining area that extends outside to the outdoor terrace overlooking the private swimming pool. Set in private, secluded gardens with luscious shrubs, trees, and plants; it is the ultimate getaway in the sun.

There are multiple areas to sit back and relax and a beautiful grass area with comfortable reclining sun-loungers to chill out by the swimming pool overlooking the spectacular views.
There are amazing panoramic sea and mountains from all of the balconies and outdoor terraces; the ideal place to watch the sunset over Chrysochous Bay and Latchi.
There is a Cypriot-style ‘Foukou’ BBQ; ideal for alfresco dining in the warm summer evenings with some local wine.

We have just returned from a wonderful week staying at Chryshocou Bay Villa 09 with our two sons aged 4 and 6. We have had a number of villa holidays but have never stayed in Cyprus. We did quite a bit of research online before booking our holidaybecause we are very fussy when it comes to cleanliness and quality. Luxury Latchi Villas exceeded our expectations which were high. The villa was well appointed and spotlessly clean. We arrived after midnight so the welcome pack was just what we needed. The lemon drizzle cake was to die for. After a good nights sleep Andrea visited us the next morning to check all was ok and provide us with all the information we needed to know about the area, where to eat etc. We took her advice and did the 'big shop' in the large Polis supermarket which is just 10 minutes drive away with UK prices, not inflated for tourists, and plenty of choice. We did buy too much however as we ended up eating out for more lunches than we had anticipated as the restaurants are so cheap. There is a great taverna 100 yards away 'Pavlaras' which we ate at on three evenings. The fish mezze is great value and includes Ava's wonderful coconut cake. During the week we also hired a motor boat for 4 hours from George's watersports in Latchi Marina which was fantastic and great value. They offer a good discount for Andrea's guests and added an inflatable donut to tow the kids which was a bonus. We did pay extra to have the pool heated which we would recommend. It meant the boys could stay in the pool for hours on end without getting cold. The service we have received from Andrea and her family has been seemless; from the questions prior to booking, the booking itself, the welcome, questions whilst there answered immediately via live chat online and the thoughtful 'keep box' where you can leave items such pool toys etc for your next visit. Luxury Latchi Villas has clearly earnt the right to be the successful company they are. Thank you for everything - we will be coming back next year.
We have been stayed in Villa Azura for 4 nights it was a relax break from the daily routine. A stunning place with comfort house and picturesque garden. We will definitely visit villas in Neo Chorio. Thank you Andrea for helpful tips and lemon cake.
Superb modern and well-appointed villa. Cannot recommend the management company highly enough. From the information booklet in the villa to the welcome chat, and homemade cake everything was useful and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Villa was immaculately clean and we had a most enjoyable holiday. Definitely plan to return and would have no hesitation recommending to others.
