We have stayed your villas in Latchi a few times before. We have always enjoyed every visit and plan to do many more in the future. On this occasion we came we our friends to whom we had promoted the area and yourselves. We all enjoyed our time there and all of your staff that we met were very helpful and charming. We look forward to returning next year!
Great villa and management agency, made things really simple & hassle free. Good communication before check-in and a short visit to follow up with full explanation and a chance to answer questions the next day. Offered late check out too. We recently returned from our third Cyprus holiday with Luxury Latchi Villas, and yet again, we were super impressed with how smoothly our trip went, from the ease of booking, to our late night arrival to find the villa lit like a beacon andcontaining delicious goodies for us weary travellers, our wonderful relaxing week, ending with a hassle free late (no additional charge!) check-out from the villa to catch our evening flight home.The villa was in a lovely quiet area, but only a five minute drive from the many local eateries in Latchi and Polis. It was immaculately clean and the pool heated to a very comfortable temperature - we had arrived in Heaven! We met Chelsey the following morning, who was very helpful and knowledgable about the villa and the area, and met Andrea later in the week when she delivered our second lemon drizzle cake of the week - our prize for winning the selfie competition! Patrick the 'pool-man' is always a welcome friendly visitor, how he maintains his cheeriness when he is working hard in the hot sun is a mystery! All in all, if you are weighing up booking with Luxury Latchi Villas or any other perhaps better known villa company, my advise would be go with the local experts! We have previously booked villa holidays in the area with VillaPlus and James Villas, and whilst we had no problems with them, the villas were not a patch on the four we have stayed in with LLV now, and the customer service doesn't even come close to that which is provided by Andrea, Paul and their team. Thank you again, and we'll be back soon!

Villa Ocean View is a 3-bedroom villa set over two floors; a spacious, open-plan villa with an abundance of space. The stunning Villa Ocean View is set in a beautiful secluded garden surrounded by a wide variety of plant life; a perfect, private retreat.
There are multiple areas to sit back and relax and a beautiful grass area with comfortable reclining sun-loungers to chill out by the swimming pool overlooking the spectacular views.
There are amazing panoramic sea and mountains from all of the balconies and outdoor terraces; the ideal place to watch the sunset over Chrysochous Bay and Latchi.
There is a Cypriot-style ‘Foukou’ BBQ; ideal for alfresco dining in the warm summer evenings with some local wine.
