Villa Maya is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, luxury villa in Cyprus, specifically, the sought-after traditional village of Neo Chorio. The village is home to 3 local tavernas boasting traditional Cyprus dishes and a local shop. The heated pool is now available for year-round pool use. (Subject to additional charge) and features large walk-in roman steps providing easy access and additional seating.
Perfectly suited for couples and small families Villa Maya leaves no space wasted with a unique 3 story design. The ground floor includes the outdoor space, swimming pool, third bedroom, and mature landscaped gardens. The second floor features the living, dining, and kitchen areas along with a separate WC. Finally, the third floor houses two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms and private balconies boasting stunning panoramic sea and mountain views.

The comfy living space is spacious and features a 32” flat-screen TV with UKTV and fast Wi-Fi internet. There are two 3-seater sofas with an additional pouf and a separate armchair. The living room has large windows and patio doors creating a cool, bright, and airy place to relax. The patio doors open to a large outdoor terrace overlooking the swimming pool and gardens and includes a large dining table with seating for 6-people.
Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything required for family catering. Appliances include; washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is also an indoor dining area with seating for 4-people.

Swimming Pool and Outdoor Area
The large 9m x 4.5m outdoor pool boasts large walk-in roman steps for easy exit and entry and also provides a fantastic place to sit and relax. Pool heating is available on request and ensures you can make the most of the pool no matter when you are visiting Cyprus.
Surrounding the pool is the patio and outdoor space filled with mature landscaped gardens. There are 6 sunbeds, 2 parasols, and a dedicated private parking bay.

Have just got back from a holiday staying in Villa Maya. The villa was lovely, a very spacious 2 bed. Just right for us. The team who looked after us were excellent, and the lemon drizzle cake is to die for. Villa had everything we neededand the views are spectacular. Have already booked same villa for two weeks next June. Thanks for a lovely holiday.
Wonderful experience booking with luxury Latchi villas. Website slick and accurate. Booking process seamless and professional, prompt responses and proactive by sending through comprehensive information for villa directions and access with nochasing required - such a bonus when compared to previous experiences and totally ensures peace of mind. Villa exactly as detailed, clean, comfortable and well equipped. One of the few times we have had a kettle that didn't need descaling and linen and towels that were fresh and white! Villa handbook beautifully presented and helpful, again a welcome change from a load of leaflets, generally out of date, stuffed in a file. We would recommend this company without hesitation, shame there don't appear to be more that do the job as it should be done. Thanks and well done the Latchi villa team.
