Villa Maya is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, luxury villa in Cyprus, specifically, the sought-after traditional village of Neo Chorio. The village is home to 3 local tavernas boasting traditional Cyprus dishes and a local shop. The heated pool is now available for year-round pool use. (Subject to additional charge) and features large walk-in roman steps providing easy access and additional seating.
Perfectly suited for couples and small families Villa Maya leaves no space wasted with a unique 3 story design. The ground floor includes the outdoor space, swimming pool, third bedroom, and mature landscaped gardens. The second floor features the living, dining, and kitchen areas along with a separate WC. Finally, the third floor houses two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms and private balconies boasting stunning panoramic sea and mountain views.

The comfy living space is spacious and features a 32” flat-screen TV with UKTV and fast Wi-Fi internet. There are two 3-seater sofas with an additional pouf and a separate armchair. The living room has large windows and patio doors creating a cool, bright, and airy place to relax. The patio doors open to a large outdoor terrace overlooking the swimming pool and gardens and includes a large dining table with seating for 6-people.
Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything required for family catering. Appliances include; washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is also an indoor dining area with seating for 4-people.

Swimming Pool and Outdoor Area
The large 9m x 4.5m outdoor pool boasts large walk-in roman steps for easy exit and entry and also provides a fantastic place to sit and relax. Pool heating is available on request and ensures you can make the most of the pool no matter when you are visiting Cyprus.
Surrounding the pool is the patio and outdoor space filled with mature landscaped gardens. There are 6 sunbeds, 2 parasols, and a dedicated private parking bay.

A lovely villa that we would highly recommend. It's clean, well-equipped kitchen, pool serviced twice a week, easy check-in and check-out, and nice and helpful staff. 5 minutes by car from Latchi Harbour & around 10 minutes from Polis. The main balcony was ideal for relaxation & taking in the wonderful view of the coastline.
We had another fabulous stay with Luxury Latchi Villas, staying at Villa Maya. The villa was beautiful, met our needs and more. The entire team looked after us throughout our stay including booking activities for us. The discount card was very welcomed. Thank you for helping make our holiday as special as it was. Can't wait to return.
Just a wonderful place. We loved our time here and would highly recommend it. The hosts are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area and will help you get reservations for any activities or dining you might want to do. Definitely stay here, it’s a gem!
We have just arrived back after a 2 week stay at Villa Maya in Neo Chorio this is the 4th stay with Luxury Latchi Villas team, as is the norm, the villa was spotlessly clean on our arrival, the welcome pack is a joy to receive arriving late at night and gasping for a cuppa and a piece of lovely lemon drizzle cake,We had a meet & greet with Andrea B on Sunday and then a fantastic 2 week stay.We cannot recommend Luxury Latchi Villas highly enough & have already booked for next year
We had one of our best family vacation in Latchi this year and we are delighted to have discovered luxurlatchivillas. The house-Maya 2- was lovely and included every essential detail. Everything about this rental had a personal touch, from thecomplimentary treats in the refrigirator and the bag of charcoil for the bbq(which we took full advantage of!), to the welcome letter on the table addressed personally to us with useful information included, to the friendly visit of a member of the team the next day of our arrival eager to check if everything is ok, to the immediate responses to some minor issues that came up (mostly concerning the wifi coming on and off which is the only thing that maybe needs a bit of a boost).Overall ir price..a highly professional team behind it all and great facilities/service offered and all of this at a faWe will definetely be returning and for sure not booking with anyone else again! We discovered a hidden jewel indeed:)Thank you and keep up the good work.
Villa Maya was clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable. Had spectacular views and a great pool. It was everything we wanted it to be.A week was not long enough! We hope very much to return soon!
We stayed at villa maya for two weeks and had a great time. The villa was clean and had everything you needed. When we needed help with anything the team were there straight away. So helpful and friendly we will be back for sure.
