Villa Mandora is a 4-bedroom villa set over two floors; a spacious, open-plan villa with an abundance of space. The large living-room/dining area extends outside to the outdoor terrace overlooking the private swimming pool and luscious gardens and orange groves.

There is a separate outdoor dining area with a Cypriot-style ‘Foukou’ BBQ and accessories; perfect for an alfresco lunch or early evening BBQ.

The open-plan living room/dining room is bright and spacious with multiple seating areas to relax after a long day in the sun. A comfortable home-from-home feel with ample seating areas and entertainment to enjoy. There’s a flat-screen TV with UKTV with English and International TV Channels.

The living room extends into the kitchen where you will find another comfortable seating area and a stone fireplace; a perfect retreat to read your favourite book in the colder months.

WIFI Internet is included at no additional charge.

Through the patio doors, you have easy access to the outdoor terrace which overlooks the luscious gardens and private swimming pool. Complete with sun loungers, umbrellas, and multiple outdoor dining areas to sit and enjoy a traditional Cypriot-style BBQ; there’s also an awning to relax in the shade.

Kitchen

Fully equipped with everything required for family catering. Finished to a very high standard, appliances include; a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Pre-book your luxury welcome packs or bespoke pre-arrival shopping and arrive to a fully stocked fridge!

The fully-equipped kitchen contains a large fridge/freezer, hob/oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine; complete with everything needed for a self-catering stay.

The washing machine can be found in a separate utility room by the main door.

Villa Mandora has an incredible outdoor area with a spectacular private swimming pool; it’s perfect for couples, families, and those who love being outdoors.

The stunning swimming pool is surrounded by luscious hedges, flowers, and orange groves with an amazing backdrop of the Akamas Peninsula and the Mediterranean Sea.

There is a dedicated BBQ area with Cypriot-style ‘Foukou’ BBQ and accessories with multiple outdoor seating areas to relax and enjoy an early morning breakfast pack or a late-night nibble. There is an awning covering the outdoor dining area from the sun.

On the upper level, there is a private roof terrace; it is the ideal place to watch the sunrise and sunset over Chrysochous Bay and take in the amazing panoramic views.
