Latchi Marina 12 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom modern bungalow in Latchi, Cyprus. Located within easy walking distance of all amenities, a hire car isn’t a necessity. The open-plan living/dining room is bright, airy & spacious. Wide patio doors extend the living space onto the shaded outdoor terrace. A grand “L” shaped sofa fills the living space and is perfect for extended families. There is a flat-screen TV including a vast range of UKTV channels, fast Wi-Fi internet, and additional air-conditioning (see terms).
The adjoining dining area includes seating for 6, with outdoor access via additional patio doors.
Kitchen
The fully integrated kitchen is equipped with everything required for family catering. Finished to an extremely high standard, appliances include; washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The kitchen and dining room spaces are partially separated by an adjoining breakfast bar for two people.

Latchi Marina 12 sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms.
Master bedroom: Ground floor, luxurious king-size bed with a flat-screen TV. External access, and a private en-suite bathroom including walk-in shower, toilet, and basin.

Bedroom 3: Ground floor, 2x extended twin beds, and a flat-screen TV.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay in Villa Latchi Marina 12. Words cannot fully describe our thoughts about this exceptional Villa! We have stayed in many Villas before and sometimes the pictures seem a lot better than reality. I can honestly say I felt emotional upon entering this little piece of heaven. It exceeded our expectations and I could not find anything we were not happy with. It was immaculately clean, something I have an obsession with, no sticky door handles or grubby utensils! The rooms were furnished to a high standard and it was just so homely and relaxing. What stood out was the comfortable outdoor furniture, no tired metal sun beds or cheap chairs here - it was just so lovely. It had an upper outdoor area with lovely sea views and all beaches and the marina were within easy walking distance. We met with Kathryn the day after we arrived and she was so informative telling us about the Villa and answering any questions we had and there is also a tablet which we could refer to for recommendations on where to eat, etc and send any messages directly to the Luxury Latchi Villa team. Will we be returning……most definitely!! Thank-you Luxury Latchi Villas Team for an amazing relaxing 2 weeks. Thanks to the Pool guy too for our lovely chats!
This is just a short note to let you know that we’re just about to leave this little bit of paradise. I have to say this has been the best experience we’ve had from over 18 years of villa holidays. Your management, care and commitment were extremely professional at all times and we’re more than happy to provide a 5 star review. Special mention goes to Kathryn who was brilliant. Yesterday, we took the plunge and have now booked Villa Vesta (not a million miles away from Latchi Marina 12) for a similar time next Septembe - see you next year!

We have just returned from a wonderful week at Villa Latchi Marina 12. The villa was perfect for our family of 5. Both the inside and outside space was to a high standard and the kitchen was the best-equipped one we have ever stayed in. Kathryn was the perfect villa host and was always available for any little questions we had. I would highly recommend this villa and Luxury Latchi Villas which have been very professional throughout.

What a wonderful stay! The villa and location are PERFECT. Being able to wander down to the beach in just a few minutes and another few minutes to the marina was amazing. Such a lovely scenic walk too. The villa was spotless and very comfortable. The outside area was stunning and we loved being able to sit up on the terrace with a drink! The grass area was great for our little one to toddle around too. And last, but certainly not least, luxury Latchi villas were such fantastic hosts - thank you to the whole team! Communication and recommendations were excellent. They were well known around the marina for their excellent service and we got discounts for hiring boats and eating out in certain places etc - thank you for such a fabulous holiday and can’t wait to come back next year with all the family!
