Overview
Located just 500 meters from the beach and a 10-minute walk from Latchi Harbour, Villa Jacaranda is perfectly placed to not rely on your hire car. An easy walk to Latchi will reveal numerous local restaurants, supermarkets, and water sports.
The larger 10m x 5m private pool is a perfect place to enjoy your holiday in Cyprus and features large walk-in steps for easy access.
Living Area
The modern, open-plan living/dining room features a double-sided wood burner for winter stays, and large patio doors to keep the space cool during the summer. The patio doors can merge the living space and outdoor seating area. Inside there’s an “L” corner sofa and an armchair. Outside there is a comfy wicker sofa, 2 sofa chairs, and a small table.
For entertainment, there’s a 32″ flat-screen TV, including UKTV with 7 days catch up, a DVD player, and Wi-Fi Internet. You will also find a docking station to play your music.
Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything required for family catering. Appliances include; washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. You will also find a free-standing water cooler and center island for serving food.

Villa Jacaranda sleeps up to 6 people in 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: Ground Floor, double bed, with private en-suite bathroom.

Swimming Pool and Outdoor Area
The private swimming pool is 10m x 5m and includes large walk-in steps for easy exit and entry. The pool is surrounded by a large patio with 6 sunbeds and 2 parasols.
Outside there is also a shaded seating area with a comfy wicker sofa set including two chairs and a table. There’s also a large shaded dining area with seating for 6.
The top terrace overlooks the breathtaking Latchi coastline and also features an additional outdoor sofa.
Villa Jacaranda also features a dedicated outdoor kitchen area. Here you will find the Cypriot-style BBQ, outdoor sink, and breakfast bar with stools for seating.

Villa Jacaranda was modern and clean, in an ideal spot. Very convenient for the beach and harbour in Latching. Andrea and her team were welcoming and helpful as always.
Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Accueil très chaleureux qui mérite d'être souligné. En plus de cela, l'agence est arrangeante au sujet des horaires de départ. La villa est proche des petits commerces, des bars ainsi que de la mer. Nous recommandons totalement cette villa. Merci encore pour tout !
We have just returned home from yet another fabulous Luxury Latchi holiday. Andrea and the team made us so welcome and make it easy for their guests to relax as soon as they arrive. Our party of 4 stayed in Villa Jacaranda for the second year and itis our 5th visit to their wonderful properties overall.The property descriptions really help you to understand what facilities are available and when you arrive they are even better! Villa Jacaranda is all on one level which suits our family and is only minutes from the harbour and all of it's restaurants and activities.Our annual week with Luxury Latchi Villas is a little piece of heaven in the hurly burly of our busy lives. You should treat yourselves, it is worth it's weight in gold.
We’ve just returned from a fantastic week in Latchi staying at Villa Jacaranda. The villa was amazing and the pool was great.Thanks to Andrea too for the cakes. We had a lovely lemon cake on arrival in our welcome pack and for the celebratorycake - we were celebrating 2 birthdays and our anniversary.It was lovely to meet the whole family at the drinks reception - Andrea, Paul, James & Brad - we received great tips from them on car hire, restaurants, shops, trips etc. We’ll definitely be back.
Wow, what a place.From the private swimming pool to the beautiful surrounding gardens and sundeck, this villa has everything you could possibly want.The location is great with the beach and picturesque Latchi harbour within easy walkingdistance. Andrea and her team were so welcoming and helpful.The villa was spotless when we arrived with amenities in the fridge and delicious lemon cake waiting for us. The advice and recommendations from Andrea were invaluable, with everything from the best places to eat and hire a boat to where to go for groceries and medical assistance.For our first holiday away with our baby daughter, we were made to feel so at home.Will definitely visit again!
