Overview
Located just 500 meters from the beach and a 10-minute walk from Latchi Harbour, Villa Jacaranda is perfectly placed to not rely on your hire car. An easy walk to Latchi will reveal numerous local restaurants, supermarkets, and water sports.
The larger 10m x 5m private pool is a perfect place to enjoy your holiday in Cyprus and features large walk-in steps for easy access along with optional pool heating *additonal charges apply

The modern, open-plan living/dining room features a double-sided wood burner for winter stays, and large patio doors to keep the space cool during the summer. The patio doors can merge the living space and outdoor seating area. Inside there’s an “L” corner sofa and an armchair. Outside there is a comfy wicker sofa, 2 sofa chairs, and a small table.
For entertainment, there’s a 32″ flat-screen TV, including UKTV with 7 days catch up, a DVD player, and Wi-Fi Internet. You will also find a docking station to play your music.
Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything required for family catering. Appliances include; washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. You will also find a free-standing water cooler and center island for serving food.

Villa Jacaranda sleeps up to 6 people in 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms.

Swimming Pool and Outdoor Area
The private swimming pool is 10m x 5m and includes large walk-in steps for easy exit and entry. The pool is surrounded by a large patio with 6 sunbeds and 2 parasols. The heated swimming pool *pre-booking required, has been newly reburbished for 2026.
Outside there is also a shaded seating area with a comfy wicker sofa set including two chairs and a table. There’s also a large shaded dining area with seating for 6.
The top terrace overlooks the breathtaking Latchi coastline and also features an additional outdoor sofa.
Villa Jacaranda also features a dedicated outdoor kitchen area. Here you will find the Cypriot-style BBQ, outdoor sink, and breakfast bar with stools for seating.

We were completely satisfied with our stay at the villa. The pool was our personal highlight, and we spent almost most of the time there. In addition, there was everything you needed around the villa. A very nice place. We will be happy to come back.

We had a lovely return visit to Latchi area. Villa Jacaranda was great as usual. Peaceful relaxing time. We are pretty self sufficient but the LLV team are always on hand (if you did have an issue). Nice to see Kathryn again for a brief welcome visit as we are familiar with the area, but if you did need more guidance then she can share extensive local knowledge. LLV are a nice straight forward company to deal with. Only 115 days before we come back!
A return visit for us. We have been to the area several times. This was the second time with Luxury Latchi Villas. Villa's great and lovely relaxing location. Everything was spot on from first booking, arrival info and quality of the villa exactly as described. We have booked again and hopefully will continue to do so. We were pretty self sufficient having been several times before but if you needed any information or assistance or had a problem there is no question that the LLV team would be happy to help.
We spent a very enjoyable 4 weeks at Villa Jacaranda on June. Firstly the villa was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed during your stay. Having arrived late at night it lovely to arrive to the place all lit up and have the breakfast pack awaiting us. While everything was great, the best part of the villa was the outdoor space, the pool was larger than others we have had in the past and the pool area bigger than most. The photos don’t do it justice. With loungers, outdoor seating areas, the breakfast area and the roof terrace it was a delightful space. The property is in a small cul-de-sac and was very quiet. We had a car, but it was an easy walk to Latchi harbour and the collection of restaurants. We spent a lot of time chilling, with day trips to Pomos, Argaka, Polis, Peyia and Coral Bay. Cannot fault LLV and team and have no hesitation in recommending them. On to planning next years holiday, but we will be back and would book again with LLV.
We LOVED our stay at Villa Jacaranda! We stayed there when getting married last week in Latchi and it was the perfect choice. Spotlessly clean, spacious and a fantastic pool and outside area. Kathryn was lovely and super helpful. We will be back!
We did have a very small problem with the ensuite toilet but this was fixed in record time after we informed the company. I can only say I have already recommended the company and their villas to family and friends and in fact during our holiday and since coming back we are frantically searching for another of their villas with availability!! As Arnie says "we will be back"
