Living Area
The open plan living/dining room boasts large patio doors front and back providing an abundance of light, creating a bright, airy living space with ceiling fans to keep the space cool. There is a flat-screen TV with a fantastic UKTV package including catch-up TV, Video Club, and kids channels for evening entertainment. There’s a large “L” corner sofa for seating and a dining table for 6 people.
Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything required for family catering. Appliances include; washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster.

Villa Hillcrest sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms.

Swimming Pool and Outdoor Area
The swimming pool is 8m x 4m and includes a 4 step deep ladder for easy exit and entry. The pool can also be heated during the winter months. The pool is surrounded by a large patio with 6 sunbeds and 2 parasols to take in the beautiful landscape.
Next to the swimming pool is a comfy outdoor wicker sofa set including two chairs. There’s also a large shaded dining area with seating for 6.
The top terrace overlooks the breathtaking view and also features an additional outdoor sofa set with two chairs.

Had a wonderful stay. Villa was all we expected and more the view is amazing the pool area was perfect for the hot days in the sun. The villa was clean and had everything we needed as a family of 4. Kathryn was helpful and friendly on her visit as we had absolutely no issues, we didn't need to contact her. I would recommend a car for your stay only a 5 min drive to latchi harbour. would 100% stay again
We loved our recent stay at Villa Hillcrest, both the Villa and location are perfect. From the amazing peaceful views to the luxury comfort in the Villa and the warm welcome and tips and helpfulness of Kathryn from luxury latchi villas , it was all perfect . It’s our second time here and we will definitely be back . The villa is immaculate , everything everything you need and is luxurious. We love Latchi & Polis and surrounding areas , quiet enough to relax but enough going on not too quiet - whilst the beaches are pebbly the sea and views are amazing and you just need beach shoes for the sea . Lots of places to eat . You just need a car to get to and from the villa as it’s steep but easy to drive and worth it for the beautiful peaceful settings . There were five of us in the villa, and we were delighted from the start. The location is gorgeous; the view is really great. The kitchen was superbly equipped, and the bathrooms were in a clean condition. The outdoor area was truly a highlight, including the seating areas, the loungers, and the pool. From Neo Chorio, you can go on great excursions, and there are plenty of options for restaurants and supermarkets. Karhryn welcomed us in a friendly way and gave us great recommendations!
The place was really great. We felt super comfortable. A beautiful view and a very nice, private location.
The house was well-prepared for our arrival and, above all, clean. Local wine, water, and basic essentials were waiting for us to settle in comfortably. We had a very pleasant meeting with Kathryn, who recommended some truly delicious restaurants—thank you! The villa has a stunning view, and the pool was heated throughout our stay, as agreed. It’s an additional cost, but worth it during this season. I can genuinely recommend this house to everyone. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!
Very peaceful and scenic stay. The villa was spotless clean and the sunsets from the patio were unreal. Only thing missing was a few more kitchen utensils but we messaged Kathryn who provided us with more. Seemed genuinely interested in improving things which says a lot, we will definitely be comming back!
We had the most incredible stay at Villa Hillcrest in Neo Chorio! From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The villa was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of the coast and surrounding mountains. The private pool was the perfect spot to relax, and the outdoor area was ideal for enjoying meals al fresco (we’re strangely delighted to have mastered the Foukou Cypriot BBQ). The location was also fantastic—just a short drive to the beach and local restaurants, yet still quiet and peaceful for those seeking a serene getaway. The welcoming local taverna ‘Pavlaras’ is only about 100m walk up the road and Neo Chorio itself has a great café and bar with rooftop terrace and the excellent Smiyies taverna that is also in walking distance. Kathryn and the team at Luxury Latchi Villas were incredibly helpful, always available to answer questions or provide recommendations. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, even offering little touches like the loyalty card, hire car and transport organisation and the very useful LLV tablet. Once again, we highly recommend Luxury Latchi Villas for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing luxury escape and looking forward to our next visit.
