The large, spacious open-plan living room area is bright and airy. With plenty of entertainment to enjoy your home comforts; a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and UKTV with English and International channels.
There is dedicated Wi-Fi Internet included free of charge.

The fully-equipped kitchen contains an electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, and all other essentials for your stay.

The outdoor area is set in luscious, landscaped gardens overlooking the private swimming pool; the perfect place for ultimate privacy and seclusion. The outdoor areas are complete with sun loungers, comfortable chairs, and sofa-set.
The outdoor area has a wonderful stone-built BBQ; perfect for an alfresco dinner in the evening by the pool. Whilst in Cyprus, you must cook souvla (a popular local dish consisting of large pieces of meat), and use the lemon trees to season.

Another fabulous & relaxing holiday in Polis. Service & cleanliness at villa Golden Coast 10 was perfect. I don't think we could beat The location of this property as it is within walking distance of all of Polis facilities & with two young children this makes life very easy! Thank you!
If you are considering a holiday in Cyprus, look no further than Luxury Latchi Villas. Their hospitality and professionalism is beyond compare. Upon arrival, they make sure you settle in before the meet and greet and giving you the low down on the villa. They are beyond friendly and nice and provide great resources for those new in the area. There is a whole coffee table book of recommendations for places to eat and things to see and do. However, even if you don't step outside the threshold you will find yourself walking away from the holiday incredibly happy. The facilities are first class, the pool and outdoor area is great, all the rooms and showers are sparkling clean and feels like home after one day. It would be a pleasure to come back again and if you are hesitating, go with Luxury Latchi Villas, you will not be disappointed!
We have just returned from an amazing 2 weeks in Cyprus booked through Luxury Latchi Villas. They are an amazing family team, who are so very professional. We had a meet & greet from Brad in Polis & Andrea in Latchi and were given all kinds of information about the villa and the area, where to eat etc, and any problems that may occur they are a phone call away. What more can you ask for when you're on holiday. We stayed at Golden Coast in Polis & Marina Bungalow in Latchi and they were both excellent, very well-equipped, fabulous properties. Thank you to James for our transfer from Polis to Latchi, it was memorable..x... and a big thank you to Andrea for our late checkout. We would not hesitate in recommending Luxury Latchi Villas to our Friends & Family and we so look forward to our next visit to Cyprus in 2018.
