Villa Golden Coast 10 is a luxury 3-bedroom home-from-home. Set on one story; the villa has a bright and spacious open-plan layout with homely, modern decor. The living room extends outside through the patio doors to the shaded terrace, private swimming pool, and BBQ area.
The outdoor area is a perfect escape; surrounded by luscious shrubs, palm trees, and flowers, with copious areas to relax and unwind; perfect for sun-worshipers and those who wish to retreat to the shade after a long day in the Cyprus sun.
Villa Golden Coast 10 is just a short 10-minute walk to the center of Polis. Close to all amenities, including the local beach; it is perfect for couples, families, and those with limited mobility.

The large, spacious open-plan living room area is bright and airy. With plenty of entertainment to enjoy your home comforts; a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and UKTV with English and International channels.
There is dedicated Wi-Fi Internet included free of charge.

The fully-equipped kitchen contains an electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, and all other essentials for your stay.
The kitchen has an adjoining dining area with seating for 6-people.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, with a walk-in shower and patio doors leading to the outside terrace.

Villa Golden Coast 10 has a stunning private swimming pool with large walk-in steps for easy exit & entry. The outdoor area is set in luscious, landscaped gardens overlooking the private swimming pool; the perfect place for ultimate privacy and seclusion. The outdoor areas are complete with sun loungers, comfortable chairs, and sofa-set.
The outdoor area has a wonderful stone-built BBQ; perfect for an alfresco dinner in the evening by the pool. Whilst in Cyprus, you must cook souvla (a popular local dish consisting of large pieces of meat), and use the lemon trees to season.

Our visit to Golden Coast 10 gave us everything that we expected, and more. The villa was spotlessly clean and welcoming, the facilities and equipment in top-class order, and the master bedroom, which we made use of was bright, large, and fresh. We had a visit from Andrea, who was very knowledgeable, professional, and beyond that, very friendly, and following the visit, we felt so reassured that the team was there for us. Gorgeous villa in a great location. Walkable distance to the beach, harbor, supermarket, and Polis town with lots of restaurants. Villa is really peaceful and comfortable. The beds are comfy including a range of nice pillows. Loads of wardrobe space and 3 nice bathrooms. The owners leave lots of useful information and make it very easy. We went in November and although the weather is still lovely it's definitely too cold to enjoy a dip in the pool.
A short note to thank you for looking after us so well during our recent stay in Polis. As we wrote in the guest book in the villa, you guys were amazing. Welcoming, friendly, helpful and with the perfect balance of enough contact to make us feel special but never intrusive. To potential LLV guests..... When you book a holiday with an independent company you are always a little nervous, it's natural. To anyone thinking about booking with LLV don't be! We have stayed in places with James Villas and Villa Plus and we can honestly say that LLV outshine those guys. They live locally. They know the area. They know the villas. They are a great family team. Nothing was too much trouble for them. If we go back to the area, and I'm sure we will, we won't be looking anywhere else. To James and Andrea in particular, thank you so much. We had a wonderful holiday and much of that was down to the quality of our villa and the way you guys work. We'll be back!
We have now sadly landed in the UK but dearly wish we were still at a Villa! Thank you for a great holiday, your personal touches were fantastic and the privilege card worked fantastically! We loved our time at Luxury Latchi Villas! We were welcomed by several thoughtful gestures owing to it being a family-run business. The fridge was filled with water, milk, and bread as well as a delicious homemade lemon cake making our first night there relaxing without the stress of finding a grocery store for necessities. The welcome/information book had useful and detailed information regarding the house and the local community! We will definitely be coming back, sooner rather than later, to our home away from home.
I would highly recommend the villa. Very spacious, tastefully furnished, and well equipped. You don't need to go anywhere Golden Coast 10 has it all!
The villa is an amazing place to stay. It easily accommodated our party, 4 adults and 3 kids. The villa is very spacious and has a massive pool and bbq area, the gardens are well kept and lovely. The check-in was easy and the hosts were more than happy to assist with very quick replies. The villa has quick internet speed and also a great tv package which has EVERYTHING on sky (movies sports etc). I would definitely recommend this villa!
