The breathtaking Villa Golden Coast 06 is set at the edge of Polis Town. A short 12-minute walk brings you to the center where you can find numerous local taverns, restaurants, shops, cafes, and bars. Latchi Harbour is just a 6-minute drive, and the supermarket is a 2-minute drive.
Villa Golden Coast 06 has 3-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms; the master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower.

The living area is bright & spacious with sliding patio doors moving from the living space to the outdoor sofas, dining area, and private pool. There is a flat-screen TV with a fantastic UKTV package to enjoy your home comforts and well as entertainment for the children.
There is dedicated Wi-Fi Internet included free of charge. The open plan living space includes an adjoining dining area with seating for 6 and access.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything required for family catering. Finished to high standard appliances include; an American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, & toaster. There is also an adjoining breakfast bar.

Stunning 10m x 5m heated (*additional charge) swimming pool includes large walk-in Roman-style steps for easy exit and entry. The pool is 0.8m in the shallow end and 1.7m in the deep end.

We have just come back from our 3rd holiday to Cyprus staying with Luxury Latchi Villas and it was once again absolutely amazing! We stayed at Villa Golden Coast 6 and for us it was the best villa so far. The location is just perfect, quiet and very private, just what we needed to fully relax. The villa had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable and the pool was beautiful to swim in. We where walking distance to Polis and driving distance to Latchi and the beautiful beaches there. Kathryn was once again really helpful and it was lovely seeing her again. We can’t recommend Luxury Latchi Villas enough, we even recommended them to several fellow holiday makers in the area that we got talking to. We use the home from home boxes too which are such a good idea as we come back regularly. Once again thank you to Kathryn and the team and see you in November! Thanks from the Brodie Family.
Golden Coast 06…….what a fab villa! Clean, spacious and a great location. LLV were most helpful on every encounter with them. Kathryn was so friendly and the professionalism and efficiency of the whole team was fantastic right from the get go. From booking the villa to arranging transfers and late checkout the team were great. Our young boys enjoyed the pool in the villa and also the plentiful shaded comfy seating it had especially coming from the uk to Cyprus in August! A really great holiday had by us all and one not to be forgotten in a hurry. Thanks to all……see you again one day.
We had the pleasure of staying at No 6 Golden Cost Villas in September this year. After deliberating should we or shouldn't we, we are so glad we did. Kathryn and the team at Luxury Latchi Villas were wonderful. Helpful and always on hand if weneeded anything. A perfect quiet getaway to recharge the batteries. Great location, close enough to Polis but far enough to enjoy the tranquility. We were so happy with the price and service at LLV that we had booked a family holiday in a bigger villa for next year before we left. With the special offers on at the moment, we are also sneaking in a week with them in November and will be making use of the heated pool! Excellent service and value for money from a family company. Highly recommended.
Very comfortable villa, large swimming pool and shaded patio - perfect for keeping an eye on the kids while reading a book. Large smart TV to connect to your Netflix account, ice making fridge (very handy!) and a lovely barbecue area with an outside dining table. The swimming pool area is completely out of sight and provides great privacy.
We have stayed at Golden Coast 6 (and 10) on numerous occasions which has got to be an indication of how much we like it. The location is absolutely perfect for enjoying both the beach and town of Polis as well as the wider locality. One thing thatI really appreciate is the consistently high quality of the service provided by Andrea and Brad along with the rest of the team. This means that we can relax into the holiday knowing that if we have any queries or issues they will be dealt with immediately and in good cheer. It's so reassuring to be in the hands of conscientious friends. Andrea has been so helpful in making preparations for our next visit in September when we will be accompanied by our 8 month-old granddaughter.
I've lost track now of how many holidays we have had with Andrea and the team; that is testimony in its own right. Yet again we stayed in Golden Coast 6 and were welcomed by James. For the first week we were joined by our son and daughter-in-lawand her faimily so we also used Golden Coast 10 which was very convenient. What is so special about LLV is the care and pleasure taken by all the team to ensure that our holiday was perfect. Any request was dealt with promptly - we needed a plumber and one was there within the hour! The villa is situated at the end of a short close and is not overlooked; it is quiet and relaxing. It is conveniently located for a walk to the beach or into Polis where visits to Old Town Tavern and Savvas Cafe Bar are well rewarded. It is also a good base for travel further afield to Latchi (Nostos best food), Kathikas (go to Imogen's) and Paphos (Laona Restaurant, limited opening hours so check first). It's also perfect for a chill and pamper yourself by the pool. Cyprus wines can be a bit hit or miss but my preferences are Tsangarides and Vassilikon wineries. So happy are we with the great service that we have another 3 holidays already booked! Thank you Andrea, Paul, Brad, James, Patrick and the cleaner whose name i forget.
We really loved Golden Coast 6, very peaceful location and a spotless villa with all you need and a beautiful pool! We hired a car for the week which enabled us to get out and explore although you could stay here without one.Andrea and her team seemto be running a very slick, professional and impressive business in Cyprus ... her love for the island brims over when you meet her. Would definitely use LLV again if we decided to revisit Cyprus. It’s a perfect island for some early summer sun and relaxation! Thank you LLV!
