Living Area
The large open-plan living area is bright and airy with luxurious decor and design throughout; it is the perfect retreat from the warm Cyprus sun. With comfortable seating and plenty of entertainment to enjoy your home comforts; a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, CD player, and UKTV with English and International TV channels. There is also a selection of books and games; ideal for children.
The living area extends outside to the outdoor area overlooking the swimming pool and stunning views of Latchi.
There is dedicated Wi-Fi Internet included free of charge.
Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything required for your stay. Appliances include a large fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and a toaster.

The stunning private swimming pool overlooks the panoramic views of Chrysochous Bay; perfect for your holiday selfie. The swimming pool is surrounded by a vast patio area complete with reclining sun-loungers, parasols, and a small decking area with luxury chairs and foot-rests to relax and take in the beautiful landscape.
Through the landscaped gardens is a luxury hot tub; perfect to enjoy the panoramic postcard sea views. At the back of the property, is a secluded decking area with luxurious, cozy rattan sun-loungers; the ideal place to unwind.
There is a shaded outdoor dining area with seating for 6-people, complete with a Cypriot-style ‘Foukou’ BBQ; ideal for an amazing sunset dinner with some local wine.
The roof terrace is the ultimate place to enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of Latchi. There is a luxurious rattan sofa-set with comfortable cushions and pillows, as well as an outdoor pyramid heater for those cooler nights. It is the ideal place to capture an amazing Cyprus sunset and watch the stars.

We had a beautiful holiday in Cyprus. Villa Genevieve is a great place to stay - very spacious, comfortable with an absolutely stunning view over the sea, the town and the mountains, and even more stunning after the sunset at wine o'clock. If youare lucky to stay there during the full moon then don't miss the moon rising over the mountains - mesmerising.The most important thing for me was that the villa was facing north, so even though there was still a lot of space by the villa for sunbathing and the pool always has full sun, there was enough shade in the garden for us to have meals outside not feeling too hot and for me to sit in the armchair and just absorb the beautiful view. Maria is a great, always responded super-fast to my queries. After staying in a big development between Paphos and Limassol for two consecutive summers, I decided to visit this part of the island. I fell in love with it. It is so much warmer, friendlier, family oriented and unpretentious. The locals are wonderful and helpful, the food is fresh, abundant, inexpensive and delicious. The small family-run restaurant, within five minutes walk from the villa, is a must - so good and much less expensive than in the harbour. And the bakery in the Latchi village, oh my goodness, I could easily live there on weekends. Rent a boat and go to Blue Lagoon and just have fun jumping over the waves in the open sea. My girls absolutely loved the experience. I can go on about the little places in the area, but it is always best to go and discover for yourselves. Highly recommend!
