Living Area
The large open-plan living area is bright and airy with luxurious decor and design throughout; it is the perfect retreat from the warm Cyprus sun. With comfortable seating and plenty of entertainment to enjoy your home comforts; a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, CD player, and UKTV with English and International TV channels. There is also a selection of books and games; ideal for children.
The living area extends outside to the outdoor area overlooking the swimming pool and stunning views of Latchi.
There is dedicated Wi-Fi Internet included free of charge.
Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything required for your stay. Appliances include a large fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and a toaster.

Villa Genevieve sleeps up to 6 people in 3-bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom and a private balcony.
Bedroom 2: 2x twin beds and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a small private balcony.

Villa Genevieve has a spectacular outdoor area. With an abundance of space and places to relax and unwind; it is the ultimate escape.
The stunning private swimming pool overlooks the panoramic views of Chrysochous Bay; perfect for your holiday selfie. The swimming pool is surrounded by a vast patio area complete with reclining sun-loungers, parasols, and a small decking area with luxury chairs and foot-rests to relax and take in the beautiful landscape.
Through the landscaped gardens is a luxury hot tub; perfect to enjoy the panoramic postcard sea views. At the back of the property, is a secluded decking area with luxurious, cozy rattan sun-loungers; the ideal place to unwind.
There is a shaded outdoor dining area with seating for 6-people, complete with a Cypriot-style ‘Foukou’ BBQ; ideal for an amazing sunset dinner with some local wine.
The roof terrace is the ultimate place to enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of Latchi. There is a luxurious rattan sofa-set with comfortable cushions and pillows, as well as an outdoor pyramid heater for those cooler nights. It is the ideal place to capture an amazing Cyprus sunset and watch the stars.

Just back from a sensational holiday at Villa Genevieve, everything was perfect the views, the attention to detail with the Villa and your great customer care. We loved it and can’t wait to return. The pool was a delight and great to just swim upand admire the views of Latchi and the Med it was like a scene from a movie. Just home from a lovely week in Villa Genevieve. Beautiful villa with outstanding views, and just a short drive from the beach and harbour at Latchi. Probably the best villa we have stayed in! It was good to know that Andrea, Paul and Brad were justa phone call away and responded quickly and efficiently to our (very minor) queries. Thank you so much!
Loved our stay at villa 28 Genevieve .It was spotless ,comfortable and great location. Came to celebrate daughters 30th birthday, which we did with bubbly in the hot tub. Views were breathtaking . Will happily return .
What can we say Chryshocou Bay Villa was just perfect and exceeded all our expectations, the view was just 'wowzers'!!! Andrea, Paul and Brad were just fantastic and we even managed to have an extra treat of another lemon drizzle cake! Without anydoubt we will be rebooking for next year but just have to tie in dates with our sons graduation and our daughters A levels. Soooo glad we found you and what we now call our piece of heaven.
We had another wonderful week in Cyprus. Latchi Villas are a great place to stay, relax and get around the Paphos area.The accommodation is ideal with views over the Chrysohou Bay. The villa has a pool and hot tub, air conditioning and an suite bathrooms.We were very well looked after by Paul, Andrea and Brad. They are always around to help and give advice.There is no shortage of adventure and discovery in the area. There are sea sports, off road tracking (make sure you have a suitable vehicle), walks and fabulous restaurants, cafés and shops.It is a very pleasant holiday experience with plenty to do for the whole family.We thoroughly recommend Latchi Luxury Villas.
