Living Area
The large open-plan living area is bright and airy with luxurious decor and design throughout; it is the perfect retreat from the warm Cyprus sun. With comfortable seating and plenty of entertainment to enjoy your home comforts; a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, CD player, and UKTV with English and International TV channels. There is also a selection of books and games; ideal for children.
The living area extends outside to the outdoor area overlooking the swimming pool and stunning views of Latchi.
There is dedicated Wi-Fi Internet included free of charge.
Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything required for your stay. Appliances include a large fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and a toaster.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom and a private balcony.

Villa Genevieve has a spectacular outdoor area. With an abundance of space and places to relax and unwind; it is the ultimate escape.
The stunning private swimming pool overlooks the panoramic views of Chrysochous Bay; perfect for your holiday selfie. The swimming pool is surrounded by a vast patio area complete with reclining sun-loungers, parasols, and a small decking area with luxury chairs and foot-rests to relax and take in the beautiful landscape.
Through the landscaped gardens is a luxury hot tub; perfect to enjoy the panoramic postcard sea views. At the back of the property, is a secluded decking area with luxurious, cozy rattan sun-loungers; the ideal place to unwind.
There is a shaded outdoor dining area with seating for 6-people, complete with a Cypriot-style ‘Foukou’ BBQ; ideal for an amazing sunset dinner with some local wine.
The roof terrace is the ultimate place to enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of Latchi. There is a luxurious rattan sofa-set with comfortable cushions and pillows, as well as an outdoor pyramid heater for those cooler nights. It is the ideal place to capture an amazing Cyprus sunset and watch the stars.

Villa Genevieve is a wonderful place to stay. The villa is gorgeous and has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Our children especially appreciated the swimming pool. The sun beds were so comfy. The location is great too - very beautiful and quiet and yet with easy access to Latchi and Polis - both locations have great restaurants. Kathryn and Brad and all the team are excellent and so helpful - we appreciated all the restaurant recommendations. Thank you!
We had an amazing time in this very proper and nice villa...with a wounderfull seaview...everthing was very good organised....two so nice terrasses,,as well We highly recommend this villa an the hosts ! We get to know Kathyrn from the stuff ,very warm welcoming and many informations.......
We absolutely loved our stay! The house is just perfect and exactly how it seems in the pictures. There were 3 of us staying here for a week of "workation" and having seperate bedrooms and also 3 seperate bathrooms was just really nice. The house is equipped perfectly and you have everything you need. You should be aware that the wifi is not the fastest though, as we were here to work - but it was sufficient nevertheless. We had a minor issue with one of the toilets and the communication was very smooth and someone was sent right away to fix it. Also, the location is incredible! You can reach Latchi within 5 minutes by car which offers some smaller supermarkets that have everything you need and some cute coffee places, restaurants, bars etc. We would absolutely recommend this place and hope to be back soon! Very nice villa with fantastic views over the Mediterranean Sea. Very nice support by Kathryn. It was unusually cold for the season (late March), but you can walk or hike wonderfully on the Akamas Peninsula. The area is little touristy and definitely not a party location. Ideal for those looking for some peace and quiet. The villa is highly recommended and we will come back if possible. Then hopefully in warmer temperatures?.
