We felt very comfortable right from the start. The house is beautiful. During the day, you can cool off in the pool, and in the evening, when it's still cool in spring, you can end the day in the hot tub. Kathryn was always available, very friendly, and gave us lots of great tips for excursions and restaurants. We had a wonderful vacation.

We are currently very sad at the airport after spending a wonderful week at Villa Genevieve. 4 adults and 1 child were in our party and the villa was the perfect spot for our Easter break. The private location was idyllic and had breathtaking views. I woke early our first day and was rewarded with the most gorgeous sunrise. Kathryn was super friendly when she came to meet us. We went to some of her local recommendations and the food was always beautiful. The tavern within walking distance of the villa was also an authentic Cypriot experience that we enjoyed. The villa had ample amenities and was clean and well presented. We’re already organising our next visit! Stay here and you won’t regret it
Afternoon Team, just a huge thank you for providing two wonderful villas, (Santorini & Genevieve) and as per last year, did not fail to impress all our family that we bought out with us this time! From the location, the weather (no comparison to UK!), the local area with local cuisine and everything else in between, we had such a great week and importantly, proper downtime and family time! The quality of the villas have certainly made their mark on the family, with them looking to return in the summer! Thank you all once again, and until next time, wishing you all the best! Beautiful view. The villa corresponded to the pictures. Good communication with the host and many leisure activities and offers such as buggy driving and boat rental.
We were allowed to be guests at this wonderful villa for a week. The villa is fully equipped and we didn't lack anything. Since it was still a little too cold for the pool, we were able to enjoy the beautiful hot tub. On the terrace you can have a wonderful barbecue and in the evening. It is a really quiet place and you are definitely dependent on a car. If you want to do a little more, you should rather drive towards Paphos, as there are not many offers directly in Latchi. There are still a few restaurants and a small supermarket. Our special thanks go to the hosts, they were always available for us and gave us helpful tips! We can still recommend the tavern Parea, the host is super nice and the food tastes great.

Living Area
The large open-plan living area is bright and airy with luxurious decor and design throughout; it is the perfect retreat from the warm Cyprus sun. With comfortable seating and plenty of entertainment to enjoy your home comforts; a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, CD player, and UKTV with English and International TV channels. There is also a selection of books and games; ideal for children.
The living area extends outside to the outdoor area overlooking the swimming pool and stunning views of Latchi.

Through the landscaped gardens is a luxury hot tub; perfect to enjoy the panoramic postcard sea views. At the back of the property, is a secluded decking area with luxurious, cozy rattan sun-loungers; the ideal place to unwind.

We were allowed to be guests at this wonderful villa for a week. The villa is fully equipped and we didn't lack anything. Since it was still a little too cold for the pool, we were able to enjoy the beautiful hot tub. On the terrace you can have a wonderful barbecue and in the evening. It is a really quiet place and you are definitely dependent on a car. If you want to do a little more, you should rather drive towards Paphos, as there are not many offers directly in Latchi.
