Nestled within the picturesque village of Neo Chorio, this wonderful 3-bedroom villa offers a perfect blend of privacy and accessibility; boasting a secluded setting Villa Chelona is still conveniently located just 5 minutes from Latchi Harbour & Latchi Beach.

Upon entering the villa, guests are welcomed into a spacious open-plan living, dining & kitchen area that boasts comfortable seating, modern furnishings, and large windows/patio doors to enjoy the refreshing Cyprus air. Villa Chelona extends over 3 floors and is primarily set as a 3-bedroom villa that sleeps up to 6 guests, for larger parties the fourth bedroom with en-suite bathroom can be made available to accommodate up to 8 guests. *additional charges apply.

The bedrooms are each designed for comfort and relaxation. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to a private balcony overlooking the pool, gardens and surrounding area. The remaining two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with twin beds share a well-appointed bathroom/shower. All bedrooms are air-conditioned free of charge to ensure a perfect night’s sleep, even during the warmest nights.

Stunning, private, *heated swimming pool, newly relined for the 2023 summer season; spanning 8 meters in length and 4 meters in width.

One of the pool’s standout features is the heating, allowing children and adults to enjoy the outdoors even in the cooler months. The pool also boasts inviting walk-in steps, gracefully welcoming swimmers of all ages and abilities. These steps serve as a gentle entry point, offering a convenient and safe way to access the pool without the need for ladders or steep descents.

Fun for all the family, perfectly placed in the center of the outdoor space, swim sunbath and socialise, whilst taking in the wonderful Cyprus Sun.
