Overview
The breathtaking Villa Charno is set in the mountains of Ayia Marina; a short 15-minute drive from Polis. This beautiful unspoiled area is perfect for a relaxing holiday in the sun. The spacious open-plan living/dining room is bright and airy, and extends outside through the large concertina patio doors to the shaded outdoor terrace; overlooking the infinity pool, jacuzzi, and luscious countryside.
Villa Charno is a 4-bedroom luxury villa set in perfectly landscaped gardens with unspoiled mountain and sea views, with 270° views from every point in the villa; including the spectacular roof terrace. There are plenty of places to relax and unwind in ultimate comfort.
Through the paved pathway in the marvelous landscaped gardens, you will find a secluded BBQ and picnic area; perfect for an evening meal under the stars. There is also a large lawn area and pool table; ideal for children.

Living Area
The large, spacious open-plan living/dining room is bright and airy; a perfect retreat from the Cyprus sun. There is plenty of entertainment to enjoy your home comforts; a 40″ LED TV with UKTV, as well as books, games, and a Playstation for the children.
The large concertina patio doors allow the living area to be merged with the shaded outdoor terrace; another place to relax and unwind.
There is dedicated Wi-Fi Internet included free of charge.
Kitchen
The fully-equipped kitchen contains an American-style fridge/freezer, water cooler, six-burner hob with a separate grill/oven, and microwave; complete with breakfast bar.
There is an adjoining utility room complete with a washing machine.
From the kitchen, there are two patio doors that take you outside to the garden and outdoor area; perfect for eating breakfast in the tranquil surroundings.

Bedroom 1: Ground Floor – Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: First Floor – 2x Twin beds and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3: First Floor – Double bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Sea Breeze
A first-floor spacious king double room with ensuite walk-in shower bathroom. A balconied room overlooks Chrysochou Bay where the sun dips into the sea for some fantastic summer evening sunsets. Sit and enjoy a sundowner drink whilst the sea breeze kisses you goodnight. The room enjoys plenty of wardrobes and drawer space to match the demi four-posted bed.
Beach Hut
A first-floor roomy twin bedroom with beach-themed décor. The balcony overlooks a sheltered Agia Marina cove protected by the picturesque headland on which a beautiful church juts out to the sea – to protect the passing local fishermen from Pomos just along the coast. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space along with the ensuite walk-in shower bathroom.
Akamas Sunset
A first-floor comfortable twin aspect and sunny king double room with ensuite jacuzzi bathroom with overhead shower. The room enjoys two balconies with the easterly balcony overlooking the morning sunrise towards the Troodos mountains. The westerly balcony looks towards the Akamas national park where the sunsets in winter; or dives off the ancient headland into the clear blue Mediterranean Sea in the summer months for the most spectacular sunsets in the eastern Mediterranean. Plenty of wardrobes and drawer space.
The Terrace Room
A large ground floor king double room accessed off the living area with an ensuite walk-in shower bathroom. Large double sliding doors open up onto the terrace overlooking the northerly gardens and swimming pool above the Pine tree-lined valley below, that makes its way down to the village and sea. Watch the shooting stars from the terrace against the blackness of the northern night skies unencumbered by light pollution. Nature’s own fireworks displays.
Swimming Pool and Outdoor Area
Villa Charno has a spectacular 12m x 6m private double infinity-edge swimming pool with large walk-in steps for easy exit & entry, and an adjoining 6-seater heated jacuzzi with massage jets.
With copious amounts of outdoor space; there are plenty of places to relax and unwind on the luxurious ratan sofa-sets and sun loungers. There is a shaded pergola complete with a pool table.
The front of the property has perfectly landscaped gardens and lawn areas; ideal for children to play on. On the pathway through the picturesque gardens, you will find a secluded BBQ & picnic area.
Upstairs on the roof terrace, you will find a deluxe ratan sofa-set ideal for soaking in the incredible scenery, sun, and fantastic views.

A fantastic holiday at Villa Charno with Andrea, Paul, Brad and their team.The villa was stunning, clean inside and out with all the facilities needed for a perfect holiday.Lovely to meet Andrea on the first day and go through the area and all theneed to know things. Thank you luxury latchi villas we had an amazing family holiday in villa Charno real luxury. Villa is everything and more than expected and the pool was a real hit with the children. The team gave impeccable service and dealt with any requests quickly. It would be nice to have a cool box at the villa. The location was so peaceful and wonderful sunsets whilst eating. Would certainly recommend this Villa and would definitely return in the future Thank you for enabling us to make special family memories

The stay was wonderful, the house quiet, comfortable, with superb views and the jacuzzi a great plus!
The villa went beyond our expectations. The pool was spacious and beautiful, and the sea view and mountains beyond made it spetacular. At night fruit bats would fly down from the trees and drink, beautiful to watch. The gardens (which weren't in the photos) were breath taking and a really wonderful surprise. The house is secluded enough that the kids could shout and play without bothering the neighbours, as we were in the pool from 7:00 every day. The amenities inside the house were very high. Everything worked well and there was lots of hot water when needed and aircon in all the bedrooms. We chose not to pay for the aircon in the main living room which was not the best idea at this time of year but that was our choice. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were luxurious with huge showers. When the aircon did brake down in one of the rooms the managers dealt with it immediately. If you are looking for a secluded and aesthetically stunning location then you can't do better than this. WE WILL BE BACK!!
Wonderful villa, with amazing environment and view. You will not be disappointed in comparison with the pictures! The hosts were really thoughtful and provided detailed information and advice. So, in conclusion ... we had a really really nice stay. Thanks for everything!
We had a perfect time!! The Villa is great for a group of people and we had a very well-organised and warm welcome. Unbelievable view from nearly every room! we are already looking forward to coming back one day
