The breathtaking Villa Charno is set in the mountains of Ayia Marina; a short 15-minute drive from Polis. This beautiful unspoiled area is perfect for a relaxing holiday in the sun. The spacious open-plan living/dining room is bright and airy, and extends outside through the large concertina patio doors to the shaded outdoor terrace; overlooking the infinity pool, jacuzzi, and luscious countryside.
This beautiful villa offers spacious living both inside and out. Recently, a brand-new outdoor kitchen area has been added, designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Fully equipped and perfect for al fresco dining, it features ample counter space, modern appliances, and a shaded seating area—making it an ideal spot for family meals, entertaining guests, or enjoying Cyprus evenings outdoors.
Villa Charno is a 4-bedroom luxury villa set in perfectly landscaped gardens with unspoiled mountain and sea views, with 270° views from every point in the villa; including the spectacular roof terrace. There are plenty of places to relax and unwind in ultimate comfort.
Through the paved pathway in the marvelous landscaped gardens, you will find a secluded BBQ and picnic area; perfect for an evening meal under the stars. There is also a large lawn area and pool table; ideal for children.

The large, spacious open-plan living/dining room is bright and airy; a perfect retreat from the Cyprus sun. There is plenty of entertainment to enjoy your home comforts; a 40″ LED TV with UKTV, as well as books, games, and a Playstation for the children.
The large concertina patio doors allow the living area to be merged with the shaded outdoor terrace; another place to relax and unwind.
There is dedicated Wi-Fi Internet included free of charge.
Kitchen
The fully-equipped kitchen contains an American-style fridge/freezer, water cooler, six-burner hob with a separate grill/oven, and microwave; complete with breakfast bar.
There is an adjoining utility room complete with a washing machine.
From the kitchen, there are two patio doors that take you outside to the garden and outdoor area; perfect for eating breakfast in the tranquil surroundings.

Sea Breeze
A first-floor spacious king double room with ensuite walk-in shower bathroom. A balconied room overlooks Chrysochou Bay where the sun dips into the sea for some fantastic summer evening sunsets. Sit and enjoy a sundowner drink whilst the sea breeze kisses you goodnight. The room enjoys plenty of wardrobes and drawer space to match the demi four-posted bed.
Beach Hut
A first-floor roomy twin bedroom with beach-themed décor. The balcony overlooks a sheltered Agia Marina cove protected by the picturesque headland on which a beautiful church juts out to the sea – to protect the passing local fishermen from Pomos just along the coast. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space along with the ensuite walk-in shower bathroom.
Akamas Sunset
A first-floor comfortable twin aspect and sunny king double room with ensuite jacuzzi bathroom with overhead shower. The room enjoys two balconies with the easterly balcony overlooking the morning sunrise towards the Troodos mountains. The westerly balcony looks towards the Akamas national park where the sunsets in winter; or dives off the ancient headland into the clear blue Mediterranean Sea in the summer months for the most spectacular sunsets in the eastern Mediterranean. Plenty of wardrobes and drawer space.
The Terrace Room
A large ground floor king double room accessed off the living area with an ensuite walk-in shower bathroom. Large double sliding doors open up onto the terrace overlooking the northerly gardens and swimming pool above the Pine tree-lined valley below, that makes its way down to the village and sea. Watch the shooting stars from the terrace against the blackness of the northern night skies unencumbered by light pollution. Nature’s own fireworks displays.

With copious amounts of outdoor space; there are plenty of places to relax and unwind on the luxurious ratan sofa-sets and sun loungers. There is a shaded pergola complete with a pool table.
The front of the property has perfectly landscaped gardens and lawn areas; ideal for children to play on. On the pathway through the picturesque gardens, you will find a secluded BBQ & picnic area.
Upstairs on the roof terrace, you will find a deluxe ratan sofa-set ideal for soaking in the incredible scenery, sun, and fantastic views.

This villa is stunning and we loved our stay here. It looks just like the photos but the views are even better in real life! Views of the sea and beautiful sunsets were enjoyed every day. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you need. There are lovely walks from the house and lots of great restaurants along the coast. Highly recommend staying here.
The Charno Villa was incredibly beautiful and superbly equipped. Kathryn responded to minor concerns super quickly and provided assistance, for which we are very grateful. All in all, a lovely place to unwind and enjoy
A great place to stay and top notch care by the landlord/agency. All the details from the house description are accurate - the pictures reflect what you will find. We were 8 people (6 adults, 2 children) in the house and felt comfortable from the first moment. Even before arrival, the landlord contacted us. Via SMS we received the code for the key box, so we could enter the house at any time. On the second day, Kathryn came from the rental agency and greeted us personally and told us everything relevant about the house and surroundings. Top class! The house was clean. There was a small (50cmx100m) towel per guest and a shower towel as well as an additional bath towel. Great! Everything for everyday needs was available in the kitchen. The nearest supermarket was 20 minutes away. The location of the house is quiet and secluded. Car hire is essential! Definitely recommended - 5 star!
We had a lovely stay at Villa Charno. Its in a very peaceful spot, set in beautiful gardens and has lovely views. The villa is comfortable and well equipped. Kathryn was responsive and informative. Improvements have been made to the outdoor kitchen and seating area which aren't reflected in the photos.

Great service from start to finish with Luxury Latchi villas. The tablet in the villas is a great idea and when we needed to send a couple of messages to the team their responses were quick. On our arrival at Villa Charno we were a little worried about the track that led to it! After a couple of trips though we had no problem navigating it even at night. The villa is totally worth the drive, the photos really do not do it justice. The villa was very clean, kitchen had everything we needed and more, the utility room was useful and bedrooms kept cool by the a/c had lots of space/drawers and hangers! The pool area is really lovely along with all the outside areas. Most days we opened the patio doors from the lounge and let the breeze flow through so didn’t feel the need for the a/c The sunset views from the top terrace were breathtaking, we spent many evenings up there with a glass or 2 of Prosecco! It’s about 15 mins to any restaurants and around 25 mins to Polis but this is a truly beautiful villa and we would definitely return.
