Villa Carob Tree is a 3-bedroom villa set over two floors; an open-plan layout with a luxurious, modern design. The living room extends outside through the patio doors to the shaded outdoor terrace, swimming pool, and dining area complete with BBQ.
With copious outdoor space and seating areas; there is a snug sofa-set, an outside dining area complete with BBQ, and a decking area with reclining sun-loungers to relax by the pool.
There is also a roof terrace; another place to sit back, relax and enjoy the wonderful panoramic views of the Chrysochous Bay.

The bright and spacious open-plan living/dining room area is the ideal place to retreat to after a long day in the sun. With plenty of entertainment to enjoy your home comforts; 32” flat-screen TV, satellite, and UKTV with English and International TV channels. There is also an iPod speaker for your personal music.
There is dedicated Wi-Fi Internet included free of charge.

The fully-equipped kitchen contains a hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher; everything you need for your stay.

Such a great place where to spend a holiday! Wonderful villa with stunning pool, short walk to the beach with almost no people and beautiful calm sea. Would definitely recommend also for family with small babies.
Really lovely villa and gardens. Quiet area but near enough to Latchi for restaurants and almost sandy beach at La Plage, other beaches are shingle and therefore quiet. Luxury Latchi Villas - Andrea, Paul and Brad looked after us so well, littlepersonal touches that make a holiday special, highly recommend this Company. Good restaurants too in Polis "Square". Local supermarket called Yiotis in Latchi was surprisingly good, a much larger one in Polis. Vasilikos winery worth a visit, not too far. .Akamas good for those who like hiking.

There were six of us at the villa for a week and we had a lovely time! At the beginning we did not find the villa directly as we were looking for a road before. We shared this with Cathryn,who welcomed us very kindly the next day. The pool is surrounded by trees, so it is partially flowered. The beach is about 5 minutes away on foot. We recommend a car and the boat trip to the blue lagoon. efcaristo
We had a wonderful holiday in Cyprus and really enjoyed our stay in Carob Tree Villa which we felt was very private, had a lovely sea view and was well situated for Latchi.The villa was very comfortable and well equipped. You certainly lived up toyour reputation and looked after us very well during our stay. We appreciated the welcome visit from Chelsey and we felt that nothing was too much trouble. We used the discount fob a couple of times and found that Petrides car hire were very friendly & reliable.Thank you for helping to make it a such a memorable experience and we really hope to return to Cyrpus one day and stay with you again.
There location is a quiet and relaxing place; you definitely need a car to get the most of the area. The villa itself was really great except a few power outages (simply fixed by ourselves) and a leaking pipe outside. Strongly recommend.
