The villa Carob tree was absolutely perfect for our family, 3 generous bedrooms and comfortable beds. There are lovely generous living spaces, both inside and outside. The host Kathryn was really friendly and provided great recommendations for the local area. She also was very understanding when we locked ourselves out of the villa accidentally. We had a really lovely stay, the villa the pool and Latchi town are all wonderful and we would happily stay again.
The house is fantastic. You need a car but that's worth it, because that's how you get to beautiful bays that are a little further away. The house is furnished with a lot of love for detail, there are great seating options inside and out. The pool is lovely and the garden great designed with a lot of privacy. The communication with Kathryn was quick and straightforward. She put a lot of emphasis on our wishes. We would definitely come back.

We also got discounts for local activities and whenever we had questions we got answers straight away. Kathryn also met with us on our first day and gave us some advice and tips on things to do during our stay. Would definitely recommend!
Great villa, look even better than the pictures. Quiet location, few minutes from the sea. There is a grocery store nearby and a lot of dine in places, souvenir stores, good ice cream place and more. The beach is very close by the Villa (approximately 3 minutes walk). The Villa itself is very spacious with a lot of storage room and hangout areas. Overall I would definitely recommend for anyone coming to the area with a family. It’s an hour driving to Pafos downtown or airport, but close to Afrodita bath, nature parks and a lot’s of old villages. We will definitely come back.
