Overview
The stunning Villa Azure sits on an 8,000 sq.m plot of land in a very private and quiet area of Neo Chorio, away from the crowds, yet within walking distance to the beach, Latchi Harbour, and all amenities.
Villa Azure has 3-bedrooms, all with luxurious en suite bathrooms. There is a guest cloakroom and additional WC for shared use. The beautifully fitted modern kitchen and breakfast area provide a lovely morning gathering spot for the whole family. Large concertina doors open the living space outside to the vast outdoor terrace and 11m x 5m horizon swimming pool.

The living area is bright and spacious and has large patio doors opening outside to the swimming pool; merging inside and outside of the villa. There is a large flat-screen TV with a fantastic UKTV package to enjoy your home comforts and well as entertainment for the children.
There are two sofas with seating for 6-people and dedicated Wi-Fi Internet. The open plan area houses a large dining table proving a great place to socialize with the whole family.
Kitchen
The modern white gloss kitchen is fully equipped with everything required for family catering. Finished to a very high standard, appliances include; washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster.
There’s dining for 6-people and an outdoor dining area also seating 6-people. The large kitchen patio doors can be opened to bridge the two dining areas together.
Bedrooms
Villa Azure sleeps up to 6 people in 3-bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: Ground floor with double bed, and private en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Ground floor with double bed, and private en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Ground floor with double bed, and private en-suite bathroom.
Italian marble “Crema Marfil” was used for flooring around the house; all bedrooms have laminate wood flooring and spacious wardrobes.
Swimming Pool and Outdoor Area
The beautiful 11m x 5m horizon swimming pool includes large walk-in roman steps for easy exit and entry. The pool is a single depth of 1.4m.
Specially sandblasted non-slip marble cladding on the patios and around the pool area ensures the outdoor spaces remain safe, even when wet. The patio offers fantastic panoramic views of the sea and the neighboring area of Latchi.
There is also a large dedicated BBQ area with an outdoor sink and meal preparation area.
The garden has been landscaped and planted with various local plants, herbs, and trees, including Mediterranean pine trees, Mastic trees, and Cypress trees, as well as Lavender, Bougainvillea, and Oleander, which together with the existing old Carob and Olive trees create a truly beautiful Mediterranean setting.

We had fantastic 6 days in Villa Azure. The villa is very clean and modern. What convinced me by choosing this villa was the fact, that the pool is visible from the kitchen, dining, living room, main bedroom and corridors leading to the bedrooms. Definitely very helpful if you have kids to keep an eye on. The pool was still a little bit cold in April, but it didn’t stop our kids from swimming every day. There are mosquito nets on almost all windows. The internet connection was very good, which is not always the case in Cyprus. The villa is surrounded by land and wild plants. If we are back in the area I would not hesitate to book this villa again or any other villa managed by Luxury Latchi Villas if this one is not available.
This house is amazing, super comfortable and had everything we needed. Andrea had prepared a folder with tips and explanations about the island, restaurants and places to visit, that was very much appreciated. The neighbourhood is very safe and quiet. We had an incredible time there and I really recommend the house.
Wow, what a villa. Stylish, secluded, and luxurious. We felt like Premier League footballers staying here. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s bigger than it looks. The lounge/kitchen is 54 feet long (yes, we measured it!). Don’t be put off by the lack of pictures of the twin room - it’s easily the size of a double and en suite. Just a fabulous place to chill out and do nowt.
Just come back from a fantastic two weeks at the beautiful Villa Azure. We wanted, quiet, tranquility and privacy and we got the lot. After two weeks we come back to the Uk fully recharged and ready for whatever can be thrown at us. What more of a testimonial can you give but book next year's return visit before you leave. Thanks to all staff who we met, you are a damn fine bunch of guys and girls, thanks for making our holiday just perfect. We're not normally tearful to be going home but this was an exceptional holiday. Thank you all again and we'll see you next year.
Fantastic villa in a very secluded position,with great sea and mountain views.Andrea and the team were on hand for any problems which was handy because we couldn’t work the hob to boil an egg lol, it was such a modern hob that required the correctpans to be used still we all had a good laugh.Absolutely beautiful pool and outside space, although the garden might be a tad to small for a larger family with young kids.Perfect for us or adult groups.Loved the layout inside this villa very contemporary and modern the owner knows his stuff.Can’t wait to go back again next year and who knows we might even leave the villa.This was our 11th holiday in Cyprus,and by far the best villa.
LLV are the most professional holiday letting agency we've ever dealt with. We met with the hosts during our time in Villa Azure and they did a wonderful job in making us feel at home but also in sorting out some urgent printing my husband needed for work. The house was immaculate and before the host popped in to say hello, we had a full manual giving us all the relevant information we needed about the house, local attractions, and emergency numbers, etc. I cannot recommend LLV highly enough, the villas they manage and the services provided are exceptional.
Just got back from a wonderful week in Villa Azure. This lovely villa immediately felt like home. Lovely views, contemporary but not 'cold', plenty of storage, really nice layout, wonderful pool (superbly clean - cleanest pool of any house I'verented - and I've rented loads!) - what more can I say!Andrea and the luxury latchi villas team were very good to deal with - it is great knowing the team are local if you were to have any issues. As many other reviewers mention, the lemon cake in the welcome pack was especially welcome!!!For those that don't know the area - North West Cyprus is just the most beautiful part - unspoiled seaside villages with just enough going on without being full-blown resorts (no high-rise massive hotels here). Latchi is a great village with a good selection of restaurants overlooking the beaches or harbour and some nice beach bars where you can enjoy a cocktail watching the sun go down. We have already booked to come back next year.
