Overview
The stunning Villa Azure sits on an 8,000 sq.m plot of land in a very private and quiet area of Neo Chorio, away from the crowds, yet within walking distance to the beach, Latchi Harbour, and all amenities.
Villa Azure has 3-bedrooms, all with luxurious en suite bathrooms. There is a guest cloakroom and additional WC for shared use. The beautifully fitted modern kitchen and breakfast area provide a lovely morning gathering spot for the whole family. Large concertina doors open the living space outside to the vast outdoor terrace and 11m x 5m horizon swimming pool.

The living area is bright and spacious and has large patio doors opening outside to the swimming pool; merging inside and outside of the villa. There is a large flat-screen TV with a fantastic UKTV package to enjoy your home comforts and well as entertainment for the children.
There are two sofas with seating for 6-people and dedicated Wi-Fi Internet. The open plan area houses a large dining table proving a great place to socialize with the whole family.
Kitchen
The modern white gloss kitchen is fully equipped with everything required for family catering. Finished to a very high standard, appliances include; washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster.
There’s dining for 6-people and an outdoor dining area also seating 6-people. The large kitchen patio doors can be opened to bridge the two dining areas together.
Bedrooms
Villa Azure sleeps up to 6 people in 3-bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: Ground floor with double bed, and private en-suite bathroom.

Italian marble “Crema Marfil” was used for flooring around the house; all bedrooms have laminate wood flooring and spacious wardrobes.
Swimming Pool and Outdoor Area
The beautiful 11m x 5m horizon swimming pool includes large walk-in roman steps for easy exit and entry. The pool is a single depth of 1.4m.
Specially sandblasted non-slip marble cladding on the patios and around the pool area ensures the outdoor spaces remain safe, even when wet. The patio offers fantastic panoramic views of the sea and the neighboring area of Latchi.
There is also a large dedicated BBQ area with an outdoor sink and meal preparation area.
The garden has been landscaped and planted with various local plants, herbs, and trees, including Mediterranean pine trees, Mastic trees, and Cypress trees, as well as Lavender, Bougainvillea, and Oleander, which together with the existing old Carob and Olive trees create a truly beautiful Mediterranean setting.

We have just returned from our stay at Villa Azure. This is our 8th or 9th stay now (loosing count) with luxury Latchi Villas. We just keep coming back! We have stayed in several villas and every time they are very clean, well maintained and equipped for any holiday stay. Every member of the team we have met are friendly, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. We love the area and the fact we keep returning with Luxury Latchi Villas speaks volumes about their villas and service they provide. Thank you guys - see you soon!
Luxury Latchi Villas and Villa Azure made our recent stay in Cyprus very special. The villa is beautiful and made a lovely base for our holiday. With its big sliding doors, lazy days spent at the villa around the pool were relaxed and the large shaded area made getting out of the sun easy when required. Latchi beach, restaurants, and bars were a 5-minute drive away but the villa is far enough away from the village that it remained quiet at night. The Luxury Latchi Villas team were perfect hosts. Friendly and informative and quick to sort out any problems that occurred. We will definitely use the company on our next trip to Cyprus, together with the discount card! Thank you.
Just come back from staying at Villa Azure. Amazing!! Villa was very secluded with fantastic views of the sea on one side and the countryside the other. I think what made the holiday really special was the pool area. There was always somewhere comfortable to sit in the sun and shade and at 11m the pool was long enough for some serious swimming. The inside of the villa was outstanding as well, well equipped kitchen and plenty of room. I cannot recommend this accommodation enough and the staff at Luxury Latchi Villas were great. I’m sure we will be back.
We spent nearly a month at the beautiful Villa Azure and had such a great time and service from the team that we have immediately booked for next year. No fault of Luxury Latchi villas team, but we had a couple of problems such as a blocked drain and an electrical fault and both issues were dealt with immediately and efficiently. Kathryn is such a pleasure to deal with, nothing is too much trouble for her and you can tell that she really wants all her guests to have a fabulous time. She is so knowledgeable about the area and the properties and can answer any questions posed to her. The housekeeping team and pool attendant are very friendly and helpful, try to be as obtrusive as possible if they arrive whilst you are at home. We have travelled extensively and believe this is one of the best teams we have come across, helpful, always on hand, even rang prior to arrival to make sure we were happy to find our villa etc. Well done, will see you every year !
This was our second holiday with Luxury Latchi villas and we chose Villa Azure this time. The fact that we have booked with this company again for 2022 whilst still here probably tells you all you need to know! The Villa Azure itself is in abeautiful location with fabulous views of the coast and mountains. It has a huge pool, plenty of outdoor seating to eat and relax along with generous bedrooms and airy and bright lounge/kitchen area. It’s a short 5 mins drive down to Latchi harbour and I would most definitely recommend a car if you choose this Villa as it is secluded. The team at Luxury Latchi villas are exceptional. From the pre arrival service (where I was asking questions about hire cars and PCR testing) right through to printing boarding passes/paperwork to travel home. The meet and greet was superb with Kathryn answering all our questions and arranging our Covid Test to return to the U.K. (which was a great help) We had a few minor maintenance issues (the hot water booster element fused for example) but again, one phone call and the problem was remedied as soon as possible. I always judge a company in how they deal with issues, not the issues themselves which were not in their control. The team at LLV are dedicated and passionate about what they do and how they do it. The villas we have stayed in have been spotlessly clean indoors and out, the pool and gardens are cleaned and maintained to a very high standard. We took advantage of the pre-shopping service so when you arrive you can relax straight away and have a snack and drink, especially as most U.K. flights arrive late in the day. I’d highly recommend that service. We also did the in-villa wine tasting which was a fun evening with Geri who taught us some tricks of the trade and bought local snacks to try with the wines. I’d been able to say what wines we liked and she found some great choices for us. We also used the meet and greet car hire service. That’s very useful where you have a late flight & are unsure of the Villa location as you are taken straight to the front door and they wait to check whilst you get into the Villa. All these things combined means that we had another wonderful holiday and with their choice of villas, and dedication to their customers, I would not look further than Luxury Latchi villas for a break in this part of Cyprus.
Villa Azure is a lovely villa, in a lovely secluded position, but a short walk/drive to the harbour and shops. We have loved this part of Cyprus for the last 10 years, and now we’ve found the lovely Luxury Latchi Villas team, it’s even better! They are so helpful and nothing seems to be a problem for them. Looking forward to seeing everyone again in September.
Thank you for a wonderful stay in Villa Azure, it really was the most relaxing holiday I've experienced. Everything about the villa was superb, it had all the facilities and more that we needed as a family. The view was stunning and the standard of villa was more than we could have hoped for. I would not hesitate to stay at Villa Azure again and have even had a cheeky look at availability for next year. The service provided by Luxury Latchi Villas was excellent and I would most certainly use your service again.
