Living Area
The living area is spacious, with large patio doors opening to the swimming pool merging inside and out. There is a large flat-screen TV with a fantastic UKTV package to enjoy your home comforts and well as entertainment for the children. There are two sofas with seating for six and dedicated Wi-Fi Internet.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything required for family catering. Finished to a very high standard, appliances include; washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster.
There’s dining for 6 people and an outdoor dining area also seating 6. The large kitchen patio doors can be opened to bridge the two dining areas.

Villa Arum sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: Ground Floor, 2x single beds, and shared family bathroom
Bedroom 2: First floor, double bed.
Bedroom 3: First floor, double bed, with private en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 includes a private balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy the panoramic sea and mountain views.
Swimming Pool and Outdoor Area
The swimming pool is 8m x 4m and includes a 3-step ladder for easy exit and entry. The pool is surrounded by a large patio and decked area with 6 sunbeds and 2 parasols to enjoy the Cyprus sun or relax in the shade on the comfy outdoor sofa.

Kathryn was very accommodating as our host and gave us many helpful tips. The location of the house is great. You can be in Paphos in about an hour, but at the same time, it is conveniently close to various beaches and cafes nearby. The pool by the house invites you to swim right by the house.
Great villa with pool in the hills above Latschi. Strategically well located for trips to Paphos, Troodos and Paphos Forest as well as for off-road tours on the Akamas Peninsula. Great view. Quiet. Amazing location. There's a lovely taverna at the top of the village. There are lots of additional tavernas in the nearby port of Latchi and the town Polis Chrysochou. There are hikes into Akamas nature reserve that are directly from the villa. Thank you!

Thank you so much to the team at LLV, in particular Kathryn who was brilliant throughout, from booking day trips to car hire and restaurant recommendations and even sorting out a food shop for when we arrived. Villa Arum was beautiful, it had amazing sea views, 3 large double bedrooms, 2 with en-suites so perfect for our family of 5. The pool area was great, also with sun loungers, I can’t fault any of it. The location was good ( 5 minutes from restaurants and Latchi Harbour). I’d definitely recommend car hire if you like to go out on day trips, but if it’s just a peaceful relaxing break your after then the villa is more than equipped for that. Will defo look at booking again! Thanks again!
We absolutely loved our time at Villa Arum. It’s in a peaceful setting overlooking Latchi and the coastline. The views are beautiful, and there’s plenty of outdoor space to soak up the sun or sit in the shade. Kathryn was extremely welcoming and helpful. This was our second time of booking with Luxury Latchi Villas and we’d highly recommend them.
