The large, spacious open-plan living/dining room area is bright and airy; the perfect place to retreat after a long day in the Cyprus sun. With plenty of entertainment to enjoy your home comforts; featuring a large widescreen TV with UKTV & a DVD player. As well as books, and games for children.
There is dedicated Wi-Fi Internet included free of charge.

Fully equipped with everything required for family catering. Finished to a very high standard, appliances include; a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Pre-book your luxury welcome packs or bespoke pre-arrival shopping and arrive to a fully stocked fridge!
There’s dining for 6-people and an outdoor dining area also seating 6-people.

The outdoor area is secluded and sheltered, making it the perfect retreat after a day out exploring or after a long day at the beach. Outside dining is an absolute must; it is the best setting for an evening BBQ by the pool.
The roof terrace is the ultimate place to take in the amazing panoramic views of Latchi and Chrysochous Bay, and you must capture a photograph of the stunning sunset.

We spent a wonderful week in Arsinoe Beach Villa from 22nd to 29th September 2018. The photos of the villa on the website looked amazing but we were still surprised when we arrived at the size of the villa and all the rooms. Whilst the pool was cool, it was well maintained – we saw the pool guys at least twice during our stay. The location was perfect and we hadn’t realised before we arrived that there is a paved walkway right down the side of the villa, onto the beachfront and all the way into Latchi. This was a lovely walk both during the day and on the evening. Our visit from Andrea was very helpful and the lemon drizzle cake was delicious. We had some lovely meals in both Latchi and Polis and everywhere we went all of the staff were friendly and helpful and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our visit. We have visited Cyprus before and will definitely be coming back. Thanks again to the Latchi Villas Team.
We stayed at Villa Arsinoe for 17 nights and had an amazing holiday. We would like to thank everyone at Luxury Latchi Villas they are very kind and helpful The lemon cake was absolutely delicious and we got to enjoy it twice because you can win another one as part of a selfie competition. The villa was beautiful and we loved the large pool as well as being so close to Latchi beach. The villa is located in a very good spot and close by to everything you need. 10/10 for everything! Would definitely recommend the villa and LLV and would stay at this villa again. Hope to see you again!
We travelled with 6 people plus a baby and the villa accommodated all of our needs and more. Luxury Latchi Villas were exceptional and the greeting we had on our first day was incredibly helpful. The Priority card they give you is a nice touch for some special discounts in all the amazing local restaurants. We would definitely recommend staying here and we certainly want to return ourselves. The villa is in a quiet enough spot that you feel away from it all but easily walkable to Latchi and a few minutes' drive to Polis and other areas. The beach is literally around the corner. A fantastic villa in a fantastic location for a super chilled-out holiday.
We have had a wonderful week at Villa Arsinoe. Beautiful Villa beyond expectations. The Luxury Villas team are superb. Special thanks to James who has been fabulous. The Villa in between Latchi and Polis are both a beautiful place. We did not hire a car and found our way around with ease. Would certainly recommend it and will not hesitate to book again. We stayed at Arsinoe Beach Villa for 10 nights. The Villa was spacious, spotlessly clean, with lovely outside space and a beautiful swimming pool, which we had great difficulty getting the children to leave! Notwithstanding the rather unusual artwork on the walls, it’s a very nice villa in a well-kept and quiet upmarket area near the beach with restaurants within walking distance. We would not hesitate to recommend LLV as one of the best holiday companies we have experienced. From the first contact online they are amazing and you receive exactly what you pay for. We had a problem with the air-conditioning in one bedroom and despite it being a Bank Holiday this was fixed within hours. Must mention the amazing lemon drizzle cake and a welcome pack which was a bonus.
