The large, spacious open-plan living/dining room area is bright and airy; the perfect place to retreat after a long day in the Cyprus sun. With plenty of entertainment to enjoy your home comforts; featuring a large widescreen TV with UKTV & a DVD player. As well as books, and games for children.
There is dedicated Wi-Fi Internet included free of charge.

Fully equipped with everything required for family catering. Finished to a very high standard, appliances include; a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The roof terrace is the ultimate place to take in the amazing panoramic views of Latchi and Chrysochous Bay, and you must capture a photograph of the stunning sunset.

Very good for value amazing villa!
Just back after a four week stay in Arisnoe Beach Villa No 1. Stunning Villa, fabulous pool in great location beside the beach and within walking distance to Latchi Harbour with all its restaurants and a five minute drive to Polis. Enjoyed our staywith LLV’s so much we extended our holiday by a week and stayed in another LLV Property in Polis. Thank you Kathryn for looking after us so well. We’ll be back.
We had a wonderful stay at Arsinoe Beach Villa. From our arrival, Luxury Latchi Villas were hugely welcoming - we arrived to find delicious cake, a welcome pack, and drinks in the fridge. We felt really at home in the spacious and stylish villa. It is in a perfect location right next to the beach, with beautiful views out to the bay and within easy reach of restaurants and driving out to visit the surrounding area. The pool is beautiful (it isn't heated though, so in October half term, it is a little on the fresh side compared to the sea, which is still incredibly warm! We had great local tips from Andrea, the visitor experience manager - we particularly enjoyed hiring a motorboat out to the Blue Lagoon (George's Boat Hire were brilliant), cycling around Paphos and on the coastal path, and relaxing on the beach at Coral Bay. The recommendations for restaurants were also really good - we ate at Smygies and the Y&P Fish Tavern, and definitely don't have a large lunch beforehand! After all the stresses of the past 9 months, we were really able to relax and unwind. We hope to be able to visit again and would strongly recommend Luxury Latchi Villas to others.
Very clean, spacious, and well located for a walk to the beach and restaurants. Nice welcome touches and very easy communication with the host who kindly visited to check all was well the day after check-in.
Outstanding! Perfect location for the beach and harbour. As well as access to town for shops and restaurants. Exceptionally clean and equipped with everything you could possibly expect in a home, inside and out. (The pool and garden were maintained numerous times during our stay too!) Upon arrival we were greeted with cake, fresh milk, bread and juice- a very welcoming and appreciated touch. We enjoyed relaxing mornings by the pool and many a bbq in the garden after trips to the beach, Akavas gorge and a (highly recommended!!) day out on a boat exploring and snorkeling the bays and lagoons. Thank you to our wonderful hosts for the super helpful book of instructions and recommendations and for being efficient when called upon in an emergency! We look forward to hopefully returning in the not-too-distant future, thank you!
We have just arrived home after enjoying the most wonderful week at Arsinoe villa. The villa is stunning and the whole family had the most relaxing time. A garden sofa set would have been nice to be able to enjoy the sun terrace at the villa there was no seating up there. The beach is just a short walk and the sea is beautiful to swim in, which we did most mornings. On arrival which was late in the evening, we were delighted to see such care and attention had gone into welcoming us. The team made sure we had something to eat with a delicious lemon cake, bread, milk, water, butter and jam. We had to contact the team during our stay due to a small issue and it was rectified the very next morning. I would like to give the whole team a massive thank you for their attention to detail and amazing customer care. We will see you all again next year.
