We had a wonderful fortnight at Villa Arsinoe Beach. The villa is large, clean and comfortable with a lovely outdoor area which included a comfy sofa set on the terrace and 6 sun loungers by the beautiful pool. There is a seat built in to either side of the pool steps where much time was spent reading whilst cooling off in the water. The pool was cleaned twice a week and there was a linen / towel change half way through our stay too. The villa is in an excellent location with the beach only a 2 minute walk away via a public footpath that runs alongside the villa down to the coastal path. Latchi harbour is a 15-20 minute gentle stroll along the coastal path, making it a comfortable walk to access the many wonderful restaurants at Latchi harbour - all of which serve great food (lots of seafood and Cypriot dishes but also catering for all tastes and have children's menus with burgers etc available) with a stunning view. Several of the restaurants give a discount to guests of Luxury Latchi Villas which we found very useful. Communication from Kathryn was excellent from our initial booking, all the way through to our departure and beyond. We very much appreciated our welcome visit on our 1st day and also Kathryn kindly took us out to view other villas in the area which has helped us with planning a return visit next year (sadly Villa Arsinoe Beach is already booked for our available dates otherwise we would have returned here). We also took advantage of a taxi service booked by Luxury Latchi Villas to take us to / from the airport and had a pre-arrival shopping delivery which meant that we arrived to a fully stocked villa making our holiday a relaxing and stress-free experience from the moment that we stepped off of the plane. We cannot fault the excellent service that we received and already cannot wait to return to beautiful Latchi next year.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Arsinoe. The location was great, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and with a lovely restaurant over the road. The house was spotlessly clean and gave us plenty of space in the living areas and in the bedrooms for the 4 of us. Kathryn's knowledge and tips she shared of the local area really made a massive difference to our holiday. We will definitely return to the area and will use Luxury Latchi Villas for our next stay as the service was excellent from start to finish.
Villa Arsinoe beach is ideally located to explore everything Latchi has to offer. The Villa is equipped with everything you’d need for a self catering holiday. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfy and the outside sofa set and BBQ got plenty of use. The customer service received from the LLV team is exceptional, from our first enquiry to when we checked out we were looked after all the way. A big thanks especially to Kathryn who works very hard to make sure everything is ok and has plenty of tips and recommendations to make your holiday an enjoyable one. It was great to meet other members of the team also. This is our second time staying with LLV and we are already planning our next visit. Thanks again all and see you all soon!
