This one-of-a-kind 4-bedroom luxury villa in Neo Chorio boasts a panoramic view second to none. The view from the balconies and outdoor areas will leave you speechless. The large horizon edge swimming pool with walk-in Roman steps provides easy access and a great place to relax and cool down. Villa Apollonia is a larger villa featuring kitchen areas on two different levels as well as two indoor dining areas. Perfect for larger families and groups this abundance of space provides a relaxing atmosphere and is perfect for enjoying your holiday in Cyprus. Located on the edge of Neo Chorio, Villa Apollonia is exceptionally quiet and boasts complete privacy.

The open-plan living space features an “L” shaped corner sofa and a large flat-screen TV. Sliding patio doors open to one of many outdoor spaces, here you can find a shaded outdoor dining area overlooking the pool, gardens, and views of Latchi & the surrounding areas. There is also a large dining table with seating for 8 people. UKTV and Wi-Fi internet are included free of charge.
Kitchen
The large fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything required for family catering. Appliances include; washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. A separate utility room and washing area can also be found behind the kitchen. There is also a large dining table with seating for 8 people.

Villa Apollonia sleeps up to 8 people in 4 fully air-conditioned bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: First Floor, double bed (180cm x 200cm) with en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: First Floor, 2x single beds (90cm x 190cm) with en-suite bathroom.

Swimming Pool and Outdoor Area
The stunning outdoor space is plentiful and includes a large shaded terrace with an additional seating/dining area. The tiled horizon edge swimming pool 10m x 5m features large walk-in roman steps for easy exit and entry. The bubble spa is under a shaded pergola and is unheated.

22 Review
This was our third Villa stay under the care of the Luxury Latchi Villa team. As usual the Villa (Villa Infinity) was presented in a very clean and tidy state. The Lemon Drizzle cake was excellent and the welcoming pack was enough to see us throughthe first evening and morning of the holiday. The Villa’s location in the hills above Latchi gives excellent views and there was generally a cooling breeze most of the time. There are plenty of shady spots around the villa to eat outside and the Cypriot style BBQ was big enough to feed 7 adults. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, crockery and glasses etc.You need a car to stay at this villa. This was arranged for us by Brad who managed to get a large people carrier at a very competitive rental price. See you next year
