Just returned home from an amazing two weeks in Villa Apollonia with our adult children and their partners. The villa is in the mountains but only a few minutes drive from Latchi and Polis, where there is a great choice of restaurants to choose from. Fantastic views from the villa and great privacy. Loads to do in the area, a hire car is essential. The locals were super friendly and hospitable, there is a strong feeling of family and community. A big shout out for Yiannis and his family at Petrides Rentals in Latchi. Great fun day out in their buggies. Kathryn visited us at the villa the day after arrival with lemon cake and settled us in and ensured we had everything we needed. We are planning our return visit already!

Me and 5 of my mates were desperate to visit Cyprus together (we had all been before but not together) after a while of looking we found this villa and booked it straight away. When we arrived we were shocked by how nice everything was, the surrounding area is gorgeous and the people were lovely. Kathryn and the team were so lovely and gave us loads of recommendations. All 6 of us went out in the petrides rentals buggies which was suggested to us by Kathryn and we had the most incredible time. The host was so so helpful and I would recommend staying here to anyone. We would all love to go back, you have a lovely home, thank you for sharing it with us.
We had a fantastic stay at this villa. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that made every moment feel special—whether relaxing in the morning or winding down in the evening. Kathryn was an exceptional host throughout the entire experience—friendly, responsive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Her communication made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. We’d also highly recommend hiring a boat from Latchi Watersports during your stay—it’s a great way to explore the coastline and really make the most of the beautiful surroundings. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

The Luxury Latchi Villas team ensured everything was seamless, with Kathryn making us feel right at home. The villa itself was beautifully designed, and even better than the listed photos, offering the perfect balance of comfort and luxury. Waking up to serene surroundings and enjoying the private pool became our daily routine. The welcome tablet provided all the necessary details, making our stay effortless. Whether relaxing on the terrace or exploring the local area, this experience was nothing short of magical Blue Lagoon is a must see, and the restaurants are fantastic in Latchi. As our week came to an end, we found ourselves not wanting to leave this beautiful Villa, our return to this stunning retreat.

It also offers stunning sea views. It's only a short 5 minutes drive into Latchi with all the lovely restaurants. Our favourites are Yialos, Porto Latchi and Finikas up in Polis.

The open-plan living space features an “L” shaped corner sofa and a large flat-screen TV. Sliding patio doors open to one of many outdoor spaces, here you can find a shaded outdoor dining area overlooking the pool, gardens, and views of Latchi & the surrounding areas. There is also a large dining table with seating for 8 people. UKTV and Wi-Fi internet are included free of charge.
Kitchen
The large fully fully-fitted kitchen is equipped with everything required for family catering. Appliances include; washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. A separate utility room and washing area can also be found joining the kitchen. There is also a large dining table with seating for 8 people.
