Stunning villa as always this is our 3rd villa now with latchi luxury villas always greatly priced and has everything you could possibly need thanks again guys and hope to see you again in the years to come.

Me and 5 of my mates were desperate to visit Cyprus together (we had all been before but not together) after a while of looking we found this villa and booked it straight away. When we arrived we were shocked by how nice everything was, the surrounding area is gorgeous and the people were lovely. Kathryn and the team were so lovely and gave us loads of recommendations. All 6 of us went out in the petrides rentals buggies which was suggested to us by Kathryn and we had the most incredible time. The host was so so helpful and I would recommend staying here to anyone. We would all love to go back, you have a lovely home, thank you for sharing it with us.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that made every moment feel special—whether relaxing in the morning or winding down in the evening. Kathryn was an exceptional host throughout the entire experience—friendly, responsive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Her communication made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. We’d also highly recommend hiring a boat from Latchi Watersports during your stay—it’s a great way to explore the coastline and really make the most of the beautiful surroundings. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

A Perfect Week at Villa Apollonia From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere that set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The Luxury Latchi Villas team ensured everything was seamless, with Kathryn making us feel right at home. The villa itself was beautifully designed, and even better than the listed photos, offering the perfect balance of comfort and luxury. Waking up to serene surroundings and enjoying the private pool became our daily routine. The welcome tablet provided all the necessary details, making our stay effortless. Whether relaxing on the terrace or exploring the local area, this experience was nothing short of magical Blue Lagoon is a must see, and the restaurants are fantastic in Latchi. As our week came to an end, we found ourselves not wanting to leave this beautiful Villa, our return to this stunning retreat.

Another great holiday with Luxury Latchi Villas, our 4th in two years. This is an excellent spacious 4 bedroom villa with all the amenities and mod cons that you would expect. It also offers stunning sea views. It's only a short 5 minutes drive into Latchi with all the lovely restaurants. Our favourites are Yialos, Porto Latchi and Finikas up in Polis.

As a family that has holidayed in the Polis/Argaka/Latchi area of Cyprus for the last 15 years, it's almost crazy that we only stumbled across "Luxury Latchi Villas" and their fantastic selection of villas last year (2023). Not much is said about them across the internet, which is a shame as they deserve to be better known. Or, being selfish, should they be kept a secret for those that know!? Anyway, I digress, you came here for a review of Villa Apollonia. In the build up, LLV were very communicative, told us everything that we needed to know. Arranged our hire car and transfer (though there was some confusion on which Costa we were meeting our transfer at - turns out he was waiting outside, we were waiting inside, but it all adds to the adventure). On arrival, the villa was spotlessly clean, our pre-arranged late-night nibbles pack was waiting for us, even though it was mid-afternoon so it was straight in the pool, anyway - which was the perfect temperature. The tablet in the villa with all the information that you need, is a nice touch, as was a welcome visit from Kathryn on the first day. Neither of which we have experienced before on our stays in Cyprus. Kathryn was very friendly and told us everything we needed to know, even recommended a couple of places to eat that we hadn't been to before. The views during the day are fantastic, you wont get a sunset this side of the island, but you can always take the 20 min drive to Argaka if you want to see that. We hit Santa Barbara a couple of times for dinner to catch the sunset. As someone who BBQ's a lot on holiday, this was also the first villa to have a BBQ with lights! A brilliant thing that might sound crazy, but it helps to see what you are cooking once the sun has set. This small thing made a huge difference. The only strange thing, if strange is the right word, is that there was a midweek linen change but the villa wasn't "cleaned" during our 17 day stay (floors mopped etc). For me personally, not really an issue as I largely like to be left alone when I'm on holiday. But some of our party thought it odd that it wasn't physically cleaned during that time as this has usually been the norm. But, like I say, wouldn't and isn't going to put me off booking again. On the subject of booking again, this is where our real issue lies - do we book this villa again, or the one across the bay... Decisions, decisions. We are all in agreement that this has been one of our most enjoyable holidays in Cyprus - thanks in the main to the lovely Villa Apollonia, and the fact that everything was made so easy by the team at Luxury Latchi Villas. If you've not heard of this company, don't be put off, book now. Well, wait for us to book our 2025 holiday first, then book.
