Villa Alina includes a full Sonos music system, so you can enjoy your holiday music from anywhere in the home. It also has fast Wi-Fi internet and bedroom air-conditioning are also included in the price.

This bright and airy, open-plan villa, boasts a spacious living/dining area with fantastic views of the matured gardens, and a very large swimming pool of 11m x 6m. The outdoor space offers lots of places to either relax, sunbathe, swim, seat down and eat, or relax in the shade.

Living Area

The living area is large and spacious, opening to the outdoor terrace; overlooking the swimming pool and gardens. There is a large flat-screen TV with IPTV, which includes UK and International Channels. There’s also a Sonos system to enjoy your music throughout the villa.

There is dedicated Wi-Fi Internet included free of charge.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything required for family catering and is finished to a very high standard including a free-standing breakfast bar, American style double fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is a dining area for 6 people.

Swimming Pool and Outdoor Area

The swimming pool is 11m x 6m and boasts large walk-in steps for easy access. The pool is surrounded by a large patio area, featuring sunbeds and parasols to enjoy the Cyprus sun.

Overlooking the beautifully landscaped gardens and sparkling swimming pool, you will find the outdoor terrace with a dining area for up to 8 guests. There is also a dedicated BBQ area with a Cypriot-style ‘Foukou’ including accessories.
