Latchi Marina Bungalow is a beautiful 3-bedroom, single-story property perfect for limited mobility. Featuring an extremely private, matured landscaped garden and a wonderful 8m x 4m private swimming pool. The villa benefits from an elevated location and is only 300 meters from the beach, with Latchi Harbour just a short 5-minute walk.
The property is ideally located to enjoy all the benefits of Latchi, including the numerous waterfront restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and water sports/boating activities. Polis Town is also only a 5-minute drive away.

The open-plan living/dining room boasts large patio doors providing an abundance of light, creating a bright, airy living space.
There is a large flat-screen TV with a fantastic UKTV package including kids’ channels for evening entertainment. Wi-Fi internet is included free of charge.
Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything required for family catering. Appliances include; dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and washing machine.

Swimming Pool and Outdoor Area
The swimming pool is 8m x 4m and includes a 3-step deep ladder for easy exit and entry. The pool is surrounded by a large patio with 6 sunbeds and 2 parasols to take in the beautifully landscaped gardens featuring a large array of flowers, shrubs, and trees. There is also a BBQ area to the side of the property.
Next to the swimming pool is a shaded area including a comfy outdoor sofa set and a separate dining area with seating for 6-people.

We have just returned from our second visit to Latchi but our first with LLV. When reading all previous reviews I was a little sceptical, they can’t be that good……. Well they are! Our Villa (Latchi Marina Bungalow) was beautiful in theperfect location for our young family! It was quiet and set in the most beautiful garden, which was maintained once a week. We had a small issue with one of the air conditioning units. I reported it that morning and by lunchtime it was fixed. James visited us the morning after we arrived and he was full of helpful information & even arranged for us to view another villa for possible booking next year. Prior to our arrival I found LLV to be extremely proactive with any question I may of had. We also booked a hire car through LLV which was SO easy to do. We were met at Paphos Airport by Tony. Tony is a credit to Fontana Auto Rentals in Latchi, he was very friendly and welcoming and what he didn’t know about the area isn’t worth knowing. We can not wait to return to Latchi, the big question is………. Which villa to book!!!????

We stayed here for 10 nights May/June 2017. The villa is beautiful very open with great high ceilings, good kitchen with washing machine & dishwasher, oven, microwave everything you possibly need when self catering. We had some great BBQ's inthe garden and local restaurant's were a 5/10 minute walk. The garden has been lanscaped beautifully so the villa is very private not over looked by anyone. The pool is a good size and well looked after. We would definitely recommend this villa it has everything you would need for a great holiday
We have just returned from an amazing 2 weeks in Cyprus booked through Luxury Latchi Villas. They are an amazing family team, who are so very professional. We had a meet & greet from Brad in Polis & Andrea in Latchi and given all kinds ofinformation about the villa and the area, where to eat etc, and any problems that may occur they are a phone call away. What more can you ask for when your on holiday. We stayed at Golden Coast in Polis & Marina Bungalow in Latchi and they were both excellent, very well equipped, fabulous properties. Thank you to James for our transfer from Polis to Latchi, it was memorable..x... and a big thank you to Andrea for our late check out. We would not hesitate in recommending Luxury Latchi Villas to our Friends & Family and we so look forward to our next visit to Cyprus in 2018.
