Latchi Marina Bungalow is a beautiful 3-bedroom, single-story property perfect for limited mobility. Featuring an extremely private, matured landscaped garden and a wonderful 8m x 4m private swimming pool. The villa benefits from an elevated location and is only 300 meters from the beach, with Latchi Harbour just a short 5-minute walk.
The property is ideally located to enjoy all the benefits of Latchi, including the numerous waterfront restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and water sports/boating activities. Polis Town is also only a 5-minute drive away.

The open-plan living/dining room boasts large patio doors providing an abundance of light, creating a bright, airy living space.
There is a large flat-screen TV with a fantastic UKTV package including kids’ channels for evening entertainment. Wi-Fi internet is included free of charge.
Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything required for family catering. Appliances include; dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and washing machine.

Swimming Pool and Outdoor Area
The swimming pool is 8m x 4m and includes a 3-step deep ladder for easy exit and entry. The pool is surrounded by a large patio with 6 sunbeds and 2 parasols to take in the beautifully landscaped gardens featuring a large array of flowers, shrubs, and trees. There is also a BBQ area to the side of the property.
Next to the swimming pool is a shaded area including a comfy outdoor sofa set and a separate dining area with seating for 6-people.

Very good location, close to the village and the beach. It is part of a well maintained small area with similar or larger villas. Everything was in best working order, a lot of space, towels and kitchenware. The pool is fine, the terasse is large but uncovered. The garden is splendid and well maintained.
We had been recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed, in fact, our expectations were exceeded. The communication and service levels from Initial enquiry to departure from the villa were superb. I thought your flexibility with bookingsdue to Covid this year was outstanding, the help in printing our arrival forms whilst there was much appreciated and you helped us to have a worry free time. The hire car meet and greet and shopping service was a great addition given our late arrival time. Andrea made sure we had everything we needed the first day and answered questions about activities for us willingly and enthusiastically. The villa itself was lovely. It was in a beautiful setting and well maintained. As my Dad has limited mobility it was a perfect ground floor layout. We were able to enjoy the pool and walk to the harbour with ease..just perfect! I think it probably says it all that within less than a week of arriving home we have booked to return next year to another of your villas. Thank you for the quality of service provided for our stay at the Latchi Marina Bungalow. It did fit the bill for our needs nicely. The welcome pack is certainly a nice touch and also the welcome from Andrea put us in the right frame of mind for our holiday.The accommodation was clean, large, light and airy and the pool and garden of a very high order.The booking process is faultless and we are pleased to have rebooked for next year.
Just back from a great stay in Latchi Marina Bungalow. The villa was very clean and exactly as it was shown on the web site. Highly recommendable. Andrea and Andrea were extremely helpful. We are in the process of booking again for next year.
We stayed in latchi Marina bungalow for 4 weeks over June/July - our second time in the same villa and it did not disappoint. Everything was spotlessly clean and ready and waiting for our late night arrival. Andrea and the team were there if and when needed and helpful as ever. The pool and gardens were all immaculately maintained and the villa itself was spacious and an absolute delight at just ten minutes walk to the lovely Latchi harbour - and all of the bars and restaurants (!). We would certainly use LLV again and the support in being able to stay at the villa for most of our last day due to a late flight truly made all the difference to the end of our holiday
The bungalow is clean and comfortable with a large, very private, peaceful garden. The property is a short walk into Latchi harbour for restaurants, shopping and water sports. We very much enjoyed our week there and hope to return next year.
Really delighted again with the villa and service from the great team at Luxury Latchi Villas. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone and we’re already planning our next visit to Cyprus with them.
