Latchi Marina Bungalow is a beautiful 3-bedroom, single-story property perfect for limited mobility. Featuring an extremely private, matured landscaped garden and a wonderful 8m x 4m private swimming pool. The villa benefits from an elevated location and is only 300 meters from the beach, with Latchi Harbour just a short 5-minute walk.
The property is ideally located to enjoy all the benefits of Latchi, including the numerous waterfront restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and water sports/boating activities. Polis Town is also only a 5-minute drive away.

The open-plan living/dining room boasts large patio doors providing an abundance of light, creating a bright, airy living space.
There is a large flat-screen TV with a fantastic UKTV package including kids’ channels for evening entertainment. Wi-Fi internet is included free of charge.
Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything required for family catering. Appliances include; dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and washing machine.

Swimming Pool and Outdoor Area
The swimming pool is 8m x 4m and includes a 3-step deep ladder for easy exit and entry. The pool is surrounded by a large patio with 6 sunbeds and 2 parasols to take in the beautifully landscaped gardens featuring a large array of flowers, shrubs, and trees. There is also a BBQ area to the side of the property.
Next to the swimming pool is a shaded area including a comfy outdoor sofa set and a separate dining area with seating for 6-people.

Lovely villa, great location. Great communication from Luxury Latchi Villas. If you want a villa in the area it’s a no brainier.
Our stay was fantastic! There were 4 of us (my wife, myself, our 10 month old, and a friend of ours). The villa provided ample space for everyone to hangout out, play, and cook. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans so we could cook. The bedrooms were separated from the main area by a door which was nice for when our daughter went to sleep. We would definitely stay here again!

it was great staying at Latchi marina bungalow! Very comfortable and well equipped. I can’t imagine what would you need extra! 3 min walk to the beach, and 10 min walk to the port. Many places where to eat around the villa. nature outside is very beautiful, but it is not easy to leave the villa due to perfect environment inside the garden (nice trees, pool, barbecue). Katherine was very nice and gave us information we needed. We will definitely come back again!
